He performed a 25 point check and evaluated each area to ensure they were well lubricated. In this environment we live in, good and courteous service is truly hard to find. We had an issue with our garage door not opening at all and found Precision Door online. After reading many of the reviews, I decided to give them a call and to my surprise, they were able to come out the same day! We had the pleasure of meeting Tyrone B, and he was exceptional! Great demeanor, explained 3 options in details and with full honesty which is something that I truly appreciate. The work was completed timely, efficiently and very organized too. The technician, Zeb, contacted me and offered alternatives to make the repairs. In less than two hours, the job was completed. Only 4 hours from my initial call! Very impressive! It took awhile to get the camera hooked up to my phone , but Merrick stayed in the hot garage sweating until we got it right and I understood how easy it is to use. Service Technician Merrill Gayle did an inspection of my garage door on Friday June 24th. The door would not go up only a couple of feet and stop. The large coil was broken and all the coils were frayed and supporting hinges and parts were worn.. The door did not have maintenance in over 10 plus years. 3-1/2 hours later in a hot garage it was done. 5 stars for Professionalism, Knowledge, and Communications on explaining and showing me what was worn and needed to be replaced
