Hello, my name is Edwin, better known as Eddie. I graduated from St. Thomas University and played five years of professional baseball with the Schaumburg Boomers and the Sioux City Explorers. Today I am married to Bernadette and we have two kids. My son is five years old and my daughter is eight months old, they make me a better man. In my spare time I enjoy spearfishing and diving. I have used Precision Garage Door for my own home and found them to know what they are doing, respectable and on time. So last night when my son called and asked if I knew anyone I said yes Precision told him there is someone answering the phone 24 hrs. He had to go into work today I told him set up the appointment and I’ll be at your house. A service rep called me around 9:30am gave me the approximate time and got to the house. Ed was Avery nice young man who knew what he was doing and very respectable. He said I reminded him of his mom, he was raised by a single mom and I raised my son on my own. When he left he said thank your son for his service(my son is Law Enforcement) Like. I said a young man who knows his job with respect!

Edwin Cody showed up on time and got directly to work on our garage door. Originally, asked to replace only the seal on the bottom. After offering 3 options for additional repairs, we chose to have our door fully serviced. He was able to complete all the work quickly and went over all the changes and adjustments he made, before leaving. Couldn't ask for better service!! Very satisfied.
