Short answer, yes. The work was just exactly as related to me by the repairman. (William). There was no pressure and no canned sales pitch. He told me that the problem was man made and in effect I could have done without any repairs but there were some issues that I needed to be aware of. Parts and labor were available at that time and I was informed of the cost before and work was performed . Great service! William kept me informed of his schedule before he arrived and did excellent work on my door. He installed a new kit, with springs, belt, rollers & electronic unit. (My door & rails were o.k.) He did a great job. My door was on the chain system so was very noisy when it was working. It is now so quiet, I don't have to worry about waking up the neighbors when I open it. One of my neighbors stopped by to see the work William had done so I'm sure he will be contacting Precision too. I have already recommended Precision to a friend of mine, who has a broken door so she probably will be calling too. William even brought cookies for my doxie! All in all, a great experience. I wish all companies had this kind of excellent customer service.

My telephone call was taken promptly and I was told that my service call would be made between 1 and 3 hours from my telephone call. I was contacted by William who called to say he would be at my home within 45 minutes. He was very polite, explained my options and completed the work within the 1 1/2 hours he estimated. He then reviewed his work with me and showed me what I should do for PM.
