Precision technician Bobby - knowledgeable and friendly - arrived as scheduled and immediately began his assessment of our inoperable garage door opener. He clearly explained why it was not working and what could be done repair-wise and he answered our questions. Given the age of the unit and what it would take to repair it, he recommended replacing it and we agreed. He efficiently and capably installed the opener/track, sensors, wall switch and outdoor keypad. He reviewed each of these components with us and set the code for the keypad. We now have a new, quiet unit with features the old unit didn't have. We should add that we received an email prior to the service call, and after, including our paid invoice. Don't hesitate contacting Precision.

Great Service from Precision Door! Bobby came out to fix an older model that I had, I didn't have the funds to get a brand new one at the time, but he did some adjustments and it runs great! Good day, I was pulling into my driveway when I saw a Precision truck driving by. I backed out and chased the truck down the block, lol. Bob introduced himself and I informed him that my garage door was working intermittently. He immediately came back to my home with me and I pointed out the problem-my springs were cracked.
