I had used Bobby before at another home years ago and he did a very good job and i saved his number. I called Bobby and he coordinated a morning appointment the following day. He had nothing but positive praise for precision which I take as important. Bobby let me know the time that he would be here the next morning and proceded to replace door opener with belt drive, opening pad, safety beam at bottom, programed 2 cars and explained everything to me in a professional manner, and cleaned up garage. Bobby gets the highest score you have for performance, 5. I can see that that your company is successful due to good management, employees like Bobby and attractive vehicles.
