I was very impressed with the website and the ease with making a service call. The fact that you can see who is coming to your house before you get that call certainly adds to the companies credibility. The service person, Noah, was very personable, and knowledgeable. Within the first few minutes, I could tell that he was very professional and was interested in providing quality service to his customers for his company. Sorry I took so long to respond. Robert was here last Saturday. This was the happiest service call I ever had. They called when they were on their way. Got here on time. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING !!! Work was done very efficiently. They also gave me some tips on how to maintain, and improve the performance of my garage door. Will definitely recommend. Definitely want Robert back. The technician sent out to replace the door opener was very kind, courteous and professional - he went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed in a professional workman like manner, he cleaned up after his work, adjusted and assured everything was working properly before leaving. I am completely satisfied except the techs did not have a long enough screw(s) to attach the trim to the house on the left hand side bottom of th door opening. I assume they will come out and complete the job by doing so with he right size screws. Gary Wolf

Had problems with our old garage door (warped, spring, etc.) Called Precision, they even came on a Sunday and were timely. Doors and moldings replaced. Doors passed county inspection. The inspector liked some of the heavy duty hardware installed. The technicians Bobby R and Andrew were knowledgeable and great workers. The only feature I don't care for is the rubber weather stripping between the molding and doors. Still 5 stars is appropriate.

In 2011, we had Precision Garage Door install an opener, rollers, spring, cable & keypad at our home in TN - we were extremely happy with the service & the quality of the operation of installed parts. We transferred to FL 12/2014 needed a new garage door opener, rollers, & keypad so we called Precision - Eric was the technician came and we were extremely happy with his honesty and workmanship. On 5-4-2015 called Precision - bottom panel of exiting door was rotted and wanted to replace the panel if possible or get a price on replacing door entirely. Robert Astrologo came out - after researching he determined the panel couldn't be replaced - so quoted the price of a new door. He also addressed the issue with the rotting bottom panel on the old door - I was thrilled that there was a solution (water puddles so he showed me how the door could be installed to hit the garage floor instead of the driveway). Also indicated that he would order wider trim that wraps around the outside of the garage - this would eliminate the need to make repairs/touch ups after door was installed...of coarse I wanted to have the new door installed - it solved all the problems and more!! 5-27-2015 Bobby the installer arrived with the new door. We discussed the install and I reviewed the "special installation" instructions as per the salesman Robert. I was informed that it would violate code and that they could not install the door as I had been told. In addition, the wider trim wasn't anything that they could do as well. Bobby called Robert and he denied ever saying any of this to me??? Where would a homeowner without construction knowledge come up with this. Robert called Bobby back later and indicated that he had the water issue only with me??? I did have the door installed b/c they had $900 of my money and I didn't want to deal with return fees or whatever might come up. Bottom Line: I felt violated being called a liar and being lied to. Bobby the technician was excellent with the installation of the door, very understanding - never accused me of lying. If you are considering calling Precision - I would recommend Bobby or Eric. Run from Robert! Before the technicians left I had a phone conversation with the franchise owner. He apologize for the entire situation and agreed that Robert was the master mind behind the "solution" to my problem b/c the common homeowner would not have that type of construction knowledge. Nothing was offered to me for having to deal with this but in the end we are extremely happy with the door - it is quiet, efficient and looks great.

Prompt and efficient, this technician immediately determined the problem, and offered a reasonable additional service to make the door glide more smoothly. It's so quiet now, and I appreciate the additional suggestion that will prolong the life of the door system.

My garage door was stuck in the middle, would not close or open. Alex the technician was at my door within the hour and in a very professional way he took care of the problem. Today I had the pleasure of having Precision Door Service complete a spring replacement on our garage door. The technician (Eric D.) was fantastic. He called when he was about 20 minutes away, showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and did an absolutely perfect job. He even left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Of all the times I've ever had any in-home service performed, this was hands-down the best experience I've ever had. Noah Nelson was the tech sent to my house. He called me the day before & introduced himself, and the day of to give me a window of when he would arrive (a short time, maybe 2 hrs max). Then he called when he was on his way! He was polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant. (And very calm when my old motor smoked so bad it looked like it was about to catch fire.) He was able to fix everything and install a new motor in about an hour- without any mess at all. You could only tell he had been there because my door works perfectly now. I highly recommend Precision and Noah Nelson in particular. This was the best service I have had from any company - they are truly pros who earned my business!

Bobby was very professional in addressing the problem of our very old and broken door. He fixed it so that it is down as we await the new door that we need. He explained the process of needing a permit and gave us a time frame of about 3 weeks for delivery and installation.
