Had a great experience with Precision. When I met with installer Bobby for an estimate he was very knowledgable and did not sell me anything i did not need. I am extremely happy with the work Bobby did. I highly recomend Precison to others, in fact my neighbor will be using them next week!

Picked your name from one of those multi ad envelopes. I guess we made o good choice. Alex arrived on time , with a big smile on his face which he maintained throghout the very hot conditions. He was very friendly, courteous and efficient. He even saved us a few dollars with a helpful suggestion about another unrelated problem. So far, very good !!

Hector was very helpful in explaining the three option for the garage door opener. He was extremely knowledge and was patient with all my questions. After installation I have never seen a service man clean up the way he did. There was not one piece of paper left on floor. He also took the time to explain how the system worked and set all the systems so i understood. I highly recomment Hector for my service person of the year.

This is by far the most efficient and polite garage door company (or any company for that matter) that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The new receptionist, Alex, was very clear, efficient and prompt...listened carefully and never asked for me to repeat information...was right on top of it. Technician, Noah was here promptly and executed thoroughly. A pleasure to work with this team. 5 stars

The service technician ran into difficulties on an earlier service call and was delayed in arriving within the 4 hour window - he did keep in phone contact with me and I was able to conduct my day in a normal manner - the repair was completed timely and professionally - my next service requirement will be with Precision Door Service.

Bobby arrived on time, Sunday morning and assessed the problem quickly. He replaced my damaged unit in less than one hour. He was very thorough and made sure everything was operational and reviewed the new operating procedures for programming the the remote units for each of my cars. He cleaned up after himself and did the best job of any service techs I've had come to my home. Will refer him to all my neighbors. Took a handful of his business cards

I had purchased a new garage door 6 months ago from Precision Door. Recently I experienced some problems with the door and called Precision to schedule a service call. That same day Jim M. called me to discuss my door issues. It quickly became apparent to me that Jim took considerable interest in his customers, product and installations. I was impressed by his commitment and professionalism. Eric (the technician) arrived as scheduled the next day. Within 10 minutes the was working perfectly. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and offered future suggestions in caring for my door. What a great company with integrity. I would highly recommend Jim and His team!

Noah was an outstanding representative/employee of Precision Door Service. He explained the problem with clarity and indicated how best to correct the situation. His timetable was exact and his follow up information was perfectly presented. Noah performed the repair and replacement as a true professional in his area of expertise. He should be awarded 5 stars or higher if such a rating is appropriate. You should be very proud of an employee with the qualifications and service-friendly abilities exhibited by Noah. Please do not hesitate to call me for additional comment regarding specific questions you may have.

We never give ratings on line but in this instance it was warranted. Our technician, Alex, arrived on time and with all the equipment needed to repair our garage door springs. The job was done fast and clean. He was professional, courteous and explained why the spring broke and what to look for in the event we have another problem. I would recommend Precision Door Service and especially Alex with confidence. 5 Star Performance!

Have used you in Tampa, but this was my parents house in Atlantis. Set up work for when I was there on business. Installer Eric called in sick I found out when I called at 11:45 during my 9-12 window. Had to catch a flight so postponed until next day when installer taking Eric's place said it would be 4 hours later. Eric put in new motor next morning but just left cord dangling. For $570 I expected total installation as it is an easy splice into existing cord and hook up door to chain. House has sold since and inspector put on report garage door inopperable. Expected the job to be done after paying that much.

Eric gave me a complimentary service call when it was determined that my opener was not transmitting a signal. My remotes only work in the garage. He even tried a new remote, but to no avail. An estimate to replace the opener was given to me via email. When I decide to replace my opener, I will pick Precision.
