The staff and owner of Precision Door are awesome. I called at 6:30pm because I could not open my garage door and my car was in the garage. Noah called, we discussed some price misinterpretation and what the problem might be, he said he was on his way, Jim, the owner called in the meantime to make sure everything was good and Noah was here within 30 minutes, was correct about the problem, made recommendations and explained why, fixed the door and was ready to go. He was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and confident in his recommendations for repair but not pushy. I will use and recommend Precision Door whenever the opportunity comes up. Jim, you have a great employee in Noah and you know customer service; even the person I initially spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you both!

I decided to go with Precision Door because of the reviews I read online. I had a broken spring on my main door. I called and was greeted by a friendly person who was able to schedule an appointment the same day to meet our needs. The job was completed as promised and from my point of view for a reasonable price. I will call them again if I need any future service work.

Excellent job getting here for a repair that had us left with 2 cars stuck in the garage. Eric was very good. He did not expect to do a larger job and therefore did not have the brackets needed. Luckily he was able to utilize what we had in the garage.

What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. I work in the trades myself as an electrician and was impressed with their knowledge and how well they represented their company. Very few in business anymore who are out to do the right thing for customer. The work was completed in a journeyman like fashion and in a timely manner. Kudos to your team/ business!
