I called early am, my call was taken, I was given a window of 9-1pm, the tech arrived. 9.30 am, my door was rebuilt in approx 2 hrs, better parts were installed than existing parts, my door has never been this quiet, being an auto repair tech , I watched closely , Alex was great , give the whole service a Ten!!! Everything about the service call was professional. Aside from the broken springs being replaced, the technicians identified several weaknesses in the door mechanism that were in need of attention and represented a safety risk. They explained clearly the risk and showed me the degree of wear and tear on each of the parts being replaced. I would recommend Precision to anyone who is having a garage door problem. *****

The scheduling procedure and timely service is almost unheard of here in SoFlo. Then having a technician like Alex do such a thorough and tidy job was icing on the cake! His skill and professional approach to making the door safe and quiet, (I opted for the powder coated new springs) and his adjustment and inspection of all parts left me with knowing I had a safe and secure door. Precision door repaired my garage door after I was somewhat skeptical. They came within the time frame promised. Once here they were very professional and polite. There was a misunderstanding that we had in price, but it was immediately taken care of. I will again call them should I need repairs done as they were very fair, apologetic, accommodating, thorough and especially prompt. The garage door installers on my my job are A1. If you are replacing an old door here in Florida, you may need to have some adjustments to make room for the new door. I have my air conditioner in my garage the ducts had to be made smaller to accommodate the new door tracks an A/C company. My suggestions to Percision is have a team who can do this and more, one source. Thanks for a great installation.

New nylon rollers installed on Friday, June 12,2015 did not significantly change the amount of noise the garage doors make when opening and closing. My new garage door is only one year old and makes so much noise still. I do believe it should close much more quietly now that I had the rollers installed.
