Happy to give a five-star review to Precision Overhead Garage Service. We needed a new opener and technicians Alex and Tyrone were punctual, professional, and very informative. As promised, Alex called ahead and let us know exactly when they would arrive. They clearly knew what they were doing and in a little over an hour completed both the installation and a complete servicing of our door--including the rollers, hinges, and springs. Moving forward we will stick to a schedule of annual service calls.

Michael was terrific. Everything was broken on the garage door but the door itself. Brand new operating system installed springs, cables, rollers, overhead motor and much more tweaking with the door. Heard a bang in the garage this morning and by 10 the repairs had begun and Michael was here working. Can’t ask for better service, knowledgeable technician and customer service.

We had used Precision last year for a broken spring and were very pleased with the service. Several days ago we experienced a power surge which burned out the logic board in the motor of he garage door opener. Alex and Tyrone came out and thoroughly checked everything. Alex gave us all of our options and explained each. We went with a new unit and they installed it right then. They cleaned up after and we are extremely happy. We highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

Great service from beginning to end! Called for broken spring to be replaced after 5pm and was able to get a technician to my home by 8am the next morning and he was done with a complete overhaul on replacement of all moving parts in just over 2 hours! Including inspection and repair options! Jose E. was our technician and he was extremely professional and efficient! Appreciated his knowledge and expertise! Went for the best option to have everything working as good as new for many years to come. It was an extreme pleasure working with this company and their technician Jose E! Such a pleasure to call a company and have them perform so well and fast! Can't opinion on prices on this is the first garage door I've had to ever get serviced but definitely didn't feel ripped off by any means! Excellent services with Quality Equipment.. The new door closer is 90% quiter then the old one new rollers are also quiter. William was excellent explained everything in detail. All new in 90 minutes can find this kind of service anymore.
