I knock 2 star off , one star for the salesman telling me that the door opener has a lifetime warranty , not telling me the Exception for the pcb that broke after 2 years , another star for the cost of repair of almost $300 dollars for a $100 PCB that took all of 15 minutes to install.. More than the cost of a new door opener at Home depot

I can't say enough good things about this company and the Service Tech, Chris. My garage door spring broke early this morning, trapping my only car in the garage. I called 4 companies and Precision was the only one that promised to come out this same morning. Chris (very friendly and polite) was here in about 1.5 hours (maybe even less) and he promptly and professionally diagnosed the issues of a 22 year old door. I was very pleased with Chris Bernard, the technician that Precision sent to my house to evaluate my aging garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection, checking all parts and segments of the operation, taking photos of the parts, showing and describing each of the issues and then gave me three options for repair. Earlier I had another company representative also evaluate my garage door and it was a short evaluation and a suggestion that I replace the motor that was still functioning, because of its age. Nothing else was really checked or recommended. I did not trust this representative so I called another company, Precision for an evaluation. I choose to have springs (one was only partially functioning), roller and cable replaced and now the door functions like a new door. So I would highly recommend both Chris and this company to all.
