I can not begin to tell you how impressed I am with your company, but most especially the gentleman that you have representing your company. Jose was my service tech and he went above and beyond!!! I had originally met with Mo Better garage door co and I was lied to and not only did they not service the door correctly, I paid for replacement rollers and they didn't even put the bottom one on because it was too difficult! On the other hand, Jose was exceptional, He was honest with me about the issues with the door and went out of his way to fix what the Mo Better screwed up, but then he made it better that it was to begin with. You have an amazing asset to your company in Jose!!! He should get a raise!!!

My technician Jose reviewed my problem with regard to my garage door and the reason it has been stopping mid-stream. He gave me two options that would correct my problem. Very patient and professional! I was very happy with his work. If need be, call Precision Garage Door service snd ask for Jose.

Outstanding service by a top notch very knowledgeable tech, Jose Espinoza. I scheduled a service call online at 10am for a noon-2p time slot. Jose arrived before 2 and was finished by 3:15. Replacement parts (springs, rollers, etc) are all superior to the original parts. Highly recommended if you want a job done right.

Our outside pad stopped working. We got our our booklet to try to fix the problem ourselves. We found that everything we tried did not work. Therefore a call to Precision Garage door was in order. I was quite surprised at the service tech that was sent to our house. Mr. Jose Espinoza arrived at the beginning of the window assigned. (That's a first for service, as usually all service people arrive towards the end of the window.) Jose Espinoza was professional. He patiently explained several potential problems with our door which although not immediately a major problem could become one within a short period of time. I'm not St Joseph with the tools or a mechanical wizard, and Jose explained and showed me by giving a Garage door tour for me. I understand the workings of the door much better now. Jose was very patient and answered all my questions professionally yet friendly, never talking down or at me (as some tech tend to do). The company sure has an excellent service technician in Mr. Espinoza. I am hard to impress when it comes to customer service, but I was very impressed with his customer service.

Outstanding work. The door was never this quiet or smooth until Jose correctly diagnosed the problems. Stronger springs were needed (they were replaced twice before but not apparently with the right ones) as were new rollers. Programmed everything and made it real easy for us to use. I called Precision to come out because I thought something broke with my motor but it ended up being a broken spring. I was given a window of 8-10AM and the technician, Jose Espinoza, showed up at the beginning of the window and also gave me a curtesy call in advance to give me his ETA. Jose gave me an assessment of what could be wrong and then came to me with options to do just the basic repair but also some other “nice to have” maintenance items. I opted for the spring repair, maintenance and also assess whether the motor was still in good shape. Jose was knowledgeable, polite, clean, thorough didn’t try to up charge me, in fact, I appreciated that he informed me that my current motor was still in good shape if I wanted to ride it out, despite me asking to have it changed for a quiet unit. Would recommend in the future and will be a returning customer for service.
