Excellent prompt service. I highly recommend this company. My garage door latch disconnected Thursday evening. I called a lake park company and they couldn’t repair the door until Tuesday. Then I called precision and they came out late this afternoon Saturday and fixed my garage door. Jose was the experienced technician who fixed my garage door and he represented Precision well.

They were extremely accommodating of my time. They came when they said. The technician was very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do, in detail. He answered all my questions. He thoroughly examined my entire door, motor, etc .. He came up with three different options for me to choose from. The company honored their ad. The instillation was quick and well done. He showed me what he did and recommended things to do in order to extend the life of the door. The payment was flexible accepting credit cards, checks and cash. He removed all the old parts and left my garage cleaner than before he started.

Great service from beginning to end! Called for broken spring to be replaced after 5pm and was able to get a technician to my home by 8am the next morning and he was done with a complete overhaul on replacement of all moving parts in just over 2 hours! Including inspection and repair options! Jose E. was our technician and he was extremely professional and efficient! Appreciated his knowledge and expertise! Went for the best option to have everything working as good as new for many years to come. It was an extreme pleasure working with this company and their technician Jose E!
