I called for service as my main garage door was totally dead/without power. Scheduler was able to get someone to me very quickly. Within an hour Logan (service technician) arrived. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue and began work. Within a couple hours the entire door opener and all needed hardware was replaced and better than new. Very impressive experience with your company.

Our original call was to replace an old operator with a new WiFi enabled one. We purchased our home less than a year ago and also wanted the door serviced because we were unsure when it was last serviced and the door was quite jerky and noisy. Having had some prior experience with garage door repairs in our other homes, we knew more needed to be done other than the operator replacement. Both Logan and David arrived timely and were very professional. They educated us on what was going on with the door: Old/Worn spring, aging cables, and end of life metal rollers. We were especially impressed they had all parts on the vehicle to perform the repairs and replace the operator. Work was done timely and neatly. After work was completed, Logan and David spent time reviewing with us the work performed. We are thoroughly satisfied with the technicians' knowledge and professionalism.

The service was excellent, but the price was highly surprising and disappointing. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He explained the problem and what action was needed to solve the problem. He accepted the fact that we met over five years ago when he installed the door, but I hoped that we don't meet again soon. In 2019, we had Precision Garage Doors put in 2 doors for us for $5900. They did an excellent job. We just got a quote from them for 2 more of the exact same doors; guess how much? In 6 years the price tripled!! They just quoted $17,600. Won't be happening in this lifetime. The 1 star is for the price.

My ancient Garage Door motor died Good Friday (night) after many years of service. We have been in our house 38 years. We knew this day would come. At 9 pm (to my surprise) Precision Door was taking calls until 10pm. I was quickly set up with an appointment for Saturday (10am-noon). By 2pm (less than 24 hours) my entire system was up and running with new motor, springs, rollers, pulleys. QUIET, SMOOTH running operation. LOGAN was FANTASTIC. He programmed the hand held remotes, the vehicle garage door opener buttons, the exterior wall entry key pad and walked us through the phone app. AMAZING PRODUCT. GREAT COMPANY. FANTASTIC TECHNICIAN. Logan Kruse took a call for what I believed was a routine service for a garage door that refused to open. I hadn't noticed that a cable had broken, on a door installed by the former head of the Army Corps of Engineers (during or after WW1.) It is located in a four car garage that was built shortly after WW2. I was told that the system was discontinued in the mid-1950s. It lasted for over 70 years. My wife and I decided to replace all four garage doors with a new system, and Mr. Kruse called two associates who worked for many hours to design and order a complete replacement package. It doesn't get any better than that!

Received an Email about Precision Door Services that offered a free service call so I made an appointment. My garage door was originally installed back in 2016 so thought is was a great idea to make sure everything was working correctly. I was lucky to have had a great technician by the name of Logan Kruse - he was professional and had great knowledge about garage doors in general. His explanation of certain functions was easy to comprehend. He made some recommendations that were reasonable and a few minor adjustments were made during my service call.
