Double garage door broke, stuck in down position. It was Sunday night at 4:00 pm. Called Precision and they scheduled appointment for first thing Monday morning. Zeb came at 8:15 and had new springs and motor set up by 11:00. Great, fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.

What remarkable service! I called on a VERY rainy SUNDAY because the very old garage door wouldn’t come down. Fortunate timing for me, a technician was there in a half hour (was given a two hour window to begin with). Let me just say, I think the garage door was the original Sears from 1974. And I had already chiseled away wood and banged on metal to try to fix it myself. Fortunately I hadn’t made it worse. My technician was remarkable! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, gave me a quote, and in a hop skip and jump he had it fixed. Advised me that I should think about replacing the door and mechanism. And I will. This company is phenomenal. I highly highly recommend them.

The Service Representative was able to schedule my service the same day I called. The Service Representative (Zeb Garza) called ahead of time to inform me of his arrival. Upon arrival, he was courteous, professional and provided me with a complete assessment of the situation and several options, including pricing, for my consideration. There was no pressure to install a higher priced product either. Zeb accomplished the installation of a new garage door opener without haste. He wasted no time, kept the area neat and clean, edified everything worked properly and fully explained the operation and features of the product.
