Double garage door broke, stuck in down position. It was Sunday night at 4:00 pm. Called Precision and they scheduled appointment for first thing Monday morning. Zeb came at 8:15 and had new springs and motor set up by 11:00. Great, fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.

What remarkable service! I called on a VERY rainy SUNDAY because the very old garage door wouldn’t come down. Fortunate timing for me, a technician was there in a half hour (was given a two hour window to begin with). Let me just say, I think the garage door was the original Sears from 1974. And I had already chiseled away wood and banged on metal to try to fix it myself. Fortunately I hadn’t made it worse. My technician was remarkable! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, gave me a quote, and in a hop skip and jump he had it fixed. Advised me that I should think about replacing the door and mechanism. And I will. This company is phenomenal. I highly highly recommend them.

It was extremely easy to have my garage door repaired. Not only did I get a service call the very next morning, I was confident I was in good honest hands with Precision??Zeb presented three options right away. He had all the parts and he was super easy to understand the way he explained my choices. My door is 20yrs old and it's so convenient Zeb was able to bring it back to life. The Service Representative was able to schedule my service the same day I called. The Service Representative (Zeb Garza) called ahead of time to inform me of his arrival. Upon arrival, he was courteous, professional and provided me with a complete assessment of the situation and several options, including pricing, for my consideration. There was no pressure to install a higher priced product either. Zeb accomplished the installation of a new garage door opener without haste. He wasted no time, kept the area neat and clean, edified everything worked properly and fully explained the operation and features of the product. Whether one needs service, repair or a replacement garage door opener I would suggest calling Precision Door Service first! The service was great and the price was a value.
