I had a significant failure of my garage door. Called them and they were able to come out the same day. Tim Wakefield was my Tech. He repaired the door and some damaged wiring in about 45 mins. Made some good recommendations for my consideration. Price was reasonable and fair I think. Will definitely call Precision again as needed.

No effort to repair the opener. A lot of effort to sell me springs and a new opener though. When I told the tech the Liftmaster customer service rep suggested removing the cover and inspecting the gear or replacing the motherboard I was informed Precision doesn’t do that. Would have been nice to know before spending good money on a useless service call.

The 5 star rating is for Karter. He was outstanding, very personable and friendly. He explained what probably caused the motor to die. He inspected our whole system and gave us 3 different recommendations to choose from. He did his best to give us the best price possible. That is important to us as we are seniors, retired living on a fixed income. Besides a new opener he replaced the springs, gave it a tuneup, helped us to link our phones to the opener and showed us how the app works. Karter is a credit to your company. My only complaint is PRICE. I understand that eveything id expensive these days but I believe something can be done price wise to assist us seniors. Overall the 5 STAR rating is well deserved.

Karter came to me early on a Saturday morning. When he texted to say he was coming he told me he was stopping for coffee & did I want any. Honestly, how many service peeps have ever asked you if you want coffee? Well, it just got better & better once he arrived. He came ONLY to replace the weather stripping that was 13 years old & rotted. He then some asked if he could make some adjustments so my garage door operated more quietly & reduce the life span of the motor. Of course he told me the cost of what he was doing before he did it, which I approved. He cleaned up after himself & removed all the old parts.
