Ken Odierno more than met my expectations. He came early, he explained everything and showed me pictures of the problem. Then he provided me several options. He fixed the problem in less time than expected. He was very professional. This is the second time I use them and I am as impressed as I was the first time.

Have done business with Precision Door in the past. On time (or early), fast and accurate diagnosis - usually 2 to 3 options to choose from. NEVER pushy or trying to sell you something you don't need. Quick and efficient - love it.

My experience with Precision was a very pleasant one. I told my daughter I renamed technician Ken as my "garage door angel". He was so polite and professional. He explained everything and his suggestions helped a great deal. I would definitely recommend this company ( and Ken)!

Hello, Ken was my technician. He was courteous, informative and did an excellent job replacing the spring and cables on my garage door. It is a relief to have the door fixed. It was only down for a weekend, but I am very glad I don't have to haul bottled water, groceries and walk my dogs from the front door. Thank you for the excellent service. I am a very satisfied customer and would certainly recommend Precision to my fellow neighbors.

Best quietest garage door openers. Excellent service. I lost my garage door motor due to a power surge from a mistake by an electrician. I called for a new one, and had it installed the same afternoon by polite professionals. Do not hesitate to call these guys when you need a great quiet garage door opener and great service!

Your trained technician arrived on time. He was polite informed spoke clearly and completed his task as stated. What a pleasure! I had to leave for an appointment and the technician had to get a part at Home Depot. I don't know how he made it back from the store in 15 minutes. Amazing! I paid for the service and left. When I returned everything was completed as promised. Definite recommendation '
