My garage door spring broke Sat night and Sunday morning I saw your ad in a magazine and was happy to see that you don't charge extra for weekends and holidays. That made me call you in the first place. I was given an appt Sunday between 9am and 11am. Your technician Ken called on his way, and he arrived right on time. Ken did a great of replacing my garage door opener. He first made several attempts at trying to fix my old opener, trying many ways to salvage it. In the end, we decided to go with a new system. It was installed perfectly and timely.
