Vincent was punctual, personable, knowledgeable & courteous. I had Percision install my garage door & wireless keypad 4 years ago & was happy with their work. The wireless keypad had to be replaced (battery Wire broke). I called at 4 p.m. & by 11 a.m. the next day replaced with a smile!! I will definitely use them & request Vincent again! He wore a mask & gloves!
