It is rare to find a company that solved my problem so quickly and professionally! I called at 7:35, Vince arrived at 8:45 and he was finished by 10 am! The garage door is now properly connected to the garage door opener, I have new, quiet rollers, the spring was tuned and everything that needed lubricant got a shot of silicon! One morning our garage door wouldn’t open and we were not able to open it manually because one of the springs had broken. Precision sent out Vince that same day. He showed us the rollers were bad and the broken spring. He also did a few adjustments and put in new weather stripping. He was very pleasant and professional.
