One morning our garage door wouldn’t open and we were not able to open it manually because one of the springs had broken. Precision sent out Vince that same day. He showed us the rollers were bad and the broken spring. He also did a few adjustments and put in new weather stripping. He was very pleasant and professional.

The wireless keypad had to be replaced (battery Wire broke). I called at 4 p.m. & by 11 a.m. the next day replaced with a smile!! I will definitely use them & request Vincent again!
