Excellent customer service making the appointment. My garage door hasn’t opened since just before the pandemic. A wall dividing it had an extra room. Zack one of their techs called me just a few minutes after the time window I was given and gave me a heads up he would be there inn20 minutes as the traffic on I95 was backed up. He got the door open and assessed the situation. We will use this company and request Zack to replace our rollers and possibly cables once we get the stuff out of the garage and into bulk pickup.

Zack was terrific as was his assistant Tyrone. Zack explained my options and prices. Showed me what needed to be done, did professionally and in a timely manner and then showed me how to maintain the door and parts. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Precision to anyone needing garage door management.

Very happy with the work. Remote wouldn’t work. The opener was 25 years old. Time for a new one. They sent Zach out to do the work. Amazing job.He installed a new one. Tweaked a few things on the door itself. I will not hesitate to use them again. Zach made all the difference here.
