I decided to go with Precision Door because of the reviews I read online. I had a broken spring on my main door. I called and was greeted by a friendly person who was able to schedule an appointment the same day to meet our needs. The job was completed as promised and from my point of view for a reasonable price. I will call them again if I need any future service work.

Excellent job getting here for a repair that had us left with 2 cars stuck in the garage. Eric was very good. He did not expect to do a larger job and therefore did not have the brackets needed. Luckily he was able to utilize what we had in the garage.

What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. I called after 9:00 pm on Saturday night and the phone was answered promptly by Christina. Although she was unable to schedule me for Sunday, she did get an appointment for me on Monday, between the hours of 1 and 5.
