What a professional company, excellent to work with! When I called for information and an appointment, the response was complete, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I received a complete, professional email confirmation, with photos of the possible installers for security purposes. Quotes and invoices were sent electronically, as requested, timely and with a polite message. When Bobby, the technician, arrived -- on time! -- he, as well, was respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable. He took time to completely explain why our door had broken and gave us options as to how it should be fixed. As we needed special parts for a rebuild, he returned the next day, again on time. When the job was completed, Bobby took all the time necessary to explain what had been done, connected all devices and completely cleaned the area. More companies should take a good look at how Precision runs their business and copy their business model. It was an excellent experience.

Our twenty year old garage door (actually over twenty) needed to go. And fast. It was in free fall. Literally. We found Precision and the same day, they responded. Now, we couldn't be happier. Hello, Ken was my technician. He was courteous, informative and did an excellent job replacing the spring and cables on my garage door. It is a relief to have the door fixed. It was only down for a weekend, but I am very glad I don't have to haul bottled water, groceries and walk my dogs from the front door. Thank you for the excellent service. Reggie was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I called at 3PM, he was at my door around 4:30, and proceeded to examine what needed to be done. I had an old outdated garage unit, he completely rebuilt and replaced the system in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Precision to anyone. My husband and I started shopping around for new garage doors. When I called your company to set up a free estimate, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant girl who set me up with a date that was good for me. I saw that you had e-mailed me to remind me of the appointment and also sent a picture of the salesman who would come to the house. I was extremely impressed with Joshua. He was courteous, answered all of my questions and was quite patient with me. I had never had to buy new garage doors....my old ones came with the house 28 years ago when we purchased our home. Joshua spent 2 hours explaining everything. He had door samples with him....so it was nice to see the actual color I was getting. Because of Joshua, we did decide to buy our doors from your company.
