Good day, I was pulling into my driveway when I saw a Precision truck driving by. I backed out and chased the truck down the block, lol. Bob introduced himself and I informed him that my garage door was working intermittently. He immediately came back to my home with me and I pointed out the problem-my springs were cracked.
