Short answer, yes. The work was just exactly as related to me by the repairman. (William). There was no pressure and no canned sales pitch. He told me that the problem was man made and in effect I could have done without any repairs but there were some issues that I needed to be aware of. Parts and labor were available at that time and I was informed of the cost before and work was performed . All of my questions were satisfied and at my request the work was performed in a very professional manner. From a well satisfied customer. Thanks, Franklin Atkins

prompt and efficient and I knew who was coming to my home. He called to let me know when he would be here, I knew the "face" of the individual and he was here on time. He diagnosed the problem and the service charge was minimal. Thank you.

20 years ago we lived in that house and regretted selling it. It came back on the market and we bought it back. The gentleman that came out was very professional and told me the people that lived there prior to us buying the house back did an awful job putting the garage doors in. When we lived there it was our son's apartment. So we just have to live with one door working. Thank you for your service and I would certainly recommend you to my friends. Ginny Randolph

What a professional company, excellent to work with! When I called for information and an appointment, the response was complete, friendly, respectful, and courteous. I received a complete, professional email confirmation, with photos of the possible installers for security purposes. Quotes and invoices were sent electronically, as requested, timely and with a polite message. When Bobby, the technician, arrived -- on time! -- he, as well, was respectful, extremely polite and very knowledgable. He took time to completely explain why our door had broken and gave us options as to how it should be fixed. As we needed special parts for a rebuild, he returned the next day, again on time. When the job was completed, Bobby took all the time necessary to explain what had been done, connected all devices and completely cleaned the area. More companies should take a good look at how Precision runs their business and copy their business model. It was an excellent experience.

Our twenty year old garage door (actually over twenty) needed to go. And fast. It was in free fall. Literally. We found Precision and the same day, they responded. Now, we couldn't be happier. The door was exactly how it was described, and looked even better in person. Not only did Bobby explain how it worked, he was courteous and patient. We not only went for a garage door, but the opener as well. We are definitely happy we went with Precision!

Hello, Ken was my technician. He was courteous, informative and did an excellent job replacing the spring and cables on my garage door. It is a relief to have the door fixed. It was only down for a weekend, but I am very glad I don't have to haul bottled water, groceries and walk my dogs from the front door. Thank you for the excellent service. I am a very satisfied customer and would certainly recommend Precision to my fellow neighbors.

Very professional and courteous. Could definitely recommend. Installed new spring system and synthetic rollers (door is 14yrs old and had steel *LOUD* rollers). Door opening/closing is now sneaky-ninja quiet. *Now possible to sneak out with-out wife detection; which is nice!*

Reggie was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done. I called at 3PM, he was at my door around 4:30, and proceeded to examine what needed to be done. I had an old outdated garage unit, he completely rebuilt and replaced the system in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Precision to anyone. As a matter of fact my neighbor was walking his dog and requested a card from Reggie for a future installation. Good work Reggie, good job Precision!!!
