I highly recommend Precision Door Service. I have used their service for a number of years and found them to be very professional, reliable and always on time. During times of emergencies (broken springs) they were able to schedule a technician the same day I called. I just moved to a new residence, an older home, and had a complete new door system installed. I was amazed at how quite the new door is when opened and closed.

The repairman Mike was great he came out gave an honest appraisal about the condition of my equipment. Mike also could fix the issues I had but showed me where a quick fix would be costlier than just replacing old worn out parts. Very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain in detail what to do when my power goes out or one of my kids pulls the red handle which makes the door not work. I love this company and will be using them to install my new up to code garage door and all the trimmings next year.

The gentleman who was here when I ordered the door, Hector, explained things well, was courteous, and professional. The installers of door and opener, Zacariah Bedard and a young man helping him, were very proficient and professional. They were held up by a job in the a.m., did communicate that with me and did inform me when they would arrive. The work was done competently and things were left clean. Mr. Bedard did explain how everything worked. Both gentlemen were courteous and polite and a pleasure to have working in my home.
