It is OK, only I thing I am not sure why they need to change two Springs, which is replaced the three years ago, the Technician said the it is wrong Stings, but it is good fro three years.

Fast and competent service. Service technician, Noah, discussed the planned repair to replace springs, rollers and weather stripping. He also demonstrated, after the repair, how the door was now balanced. As a result of the repairs, garage door now operates much smoother and quieter, for over a week now. Highly recommended.

I had a wheel come off the track & when I went to pop it back, it fell off the spindle with ball bearings everywhere. I found Precision online & called around 11am for a repair. By 1:30 Noah arrived (30min early). He did a quick inspection & noted a frayed cable along with other wheels that should be replaced. He took the time to explain all the suggested work & why it needed to be done. He was very polite & professional and finished the job in under 45min. I was impressed with the appointment confirmation email that told me who would be coming along with their picture & bio. Within minutes of Noah pulling away, I had an emailed invoice & a followup email from the company owner! Any future problems...I won't hesitate to call this company again or recommend them to anyone.

There is never a good time to have your garage door break. Of course it was on my lunch hour and while my husband was away. I called Precision because I thought they had a Stuart office and the reviews were good. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the company. I got a email confirmation and knew exactly when the repair technician would arrive. My technician was Todd Chuha. Todd spotted the problem right away as it was obvious that one of the two springs was broken. Todd told me what it would cost to replace the broken spring and suggested that both springs be replaced. This made since to me. Todd also explained the importance of the bearings and suggested this would probably be a good thing to replace. After getting the total amount the repair was going to cost us, I decided to spend a little more to replace all of the mechanical parts, ie cables, springs, rollers. This was the best option as now these parts have a limited lifetime warranty. I never felt pressure from Todd. He explained what needed to be done and why. It turns our my rollers were in horrible condition. My husband was amazed how quite our new rebuilt garage door was, he had to open and close it several times. I would recommend Precision to any of my friends or neighbors. I prefer to keep my business in Martin County but I'm ok with Precision because of this experience.
