I am happy to give you 5 stars. Your technician was knowledgeable and practical. My garage door was not closing and I it was very difficult to close manually even though the springs were only a year and a half old. I was pretty sure it was a sensor problem and although I tried to adjust it myself it did not work. Alex called prior to his visit as requested by me and suggested that I might be able to adjust the sensor myself but I told him that I had tried that and it did not help. He came and we reviewed the state of the Garage door together. I had not been happy with a previous installation of springs which seemed to be too weak given the difficulty of manually opening and closing the door. He indicated that the steel rollers were not in good shape. The garage door is 19 years old. I felt no pressure from him to make any of the repairs, and he quickly did adjust one of the sensors and the garage door did go down but I decided I was not happy with the effort it took to open the garage door manually and decided to have the springs and rollers replaced. We also found that although the sensors allowed the door to close, the door did not stop when the sensors were blocked. He fixed that, adjusted the opener, the garage door and all the parts that could be aligned and did not leave until we were both happy with the way it worked. I was happy to pay the bill and would definitely recommend Precision Garage door to my neighbors and friends. Alex was a gentleman, knowledgeable and is an asset to the company.

My wife found your company's website on the internet after we became dissatisfied with the service provided by one of your competitors. The reviews presented there motivated us to call. Your service technician, Noah Nelson, was courteous, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything to both my wife and me at separate times. He made sure we understood the workings of our new garage door opener which replaced a 20 year old one from another company. The finished door and opener is quieter than I have ever heard a garage door in operation. Noah also replaced the rollers and programmed our vehicle to operate the door. I especially liked the fact that Noah was not rushing to get to the next job but took the time to make sure we did not have any more questions before he left. It was a 5 star job and I will not hesitate to contact your company again should the need arise.

The staff and owner of Precision Door are awesome. I called at 6:30pm because I could not open my garage door and my car was in the garage. Noah called, we discussed some price misinterpretation and what the problem might be, he said he was on his way, Jim, the owner called in the meantime to make sure everything was good and Noah was here within 30 minutes, was correct about the problem, made recommendations and explained why, fixed the door and was ready to go. He was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and confident in his recommendations for repair but not pushy. I will use and recommend Precision Door whenever the opportunity comes up. I called and was greeted by a friendly person who was able to schedule an appointment the same day to meet our needs. Excellent job getting here for a repair that had us left with 2 cars stuck in the garage. Eric was very good. He did not expect to do a larger job and therefore did not have the brackets needed. Luckily he was able to utilize what we had in the garage.

What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. I work in the trades myself as an electrician and was impressed with their knowledge and how well they represented their company.
