Fantastic and reliable service. Joshua my technician was timely, professional and courteous. Great company, reasonably priced and I can't say enough about the good service. I love that the company uses technology for quotes, payments and invoicing. Will definitely recommend Precision to friends/family/colleagues should they need service for their garage door, opener, etc. and would definitely use again of the need arises. A shout out and many thanks!

The gentleman who was here when I ordered the door, Hector, explained things well, was courteous, and professional. The installers of door and opener, Zacariah Bedard and a young man helping him, were very proficient and professional. They were held up by a job in the a.m., did communicate that with me and did inform me when they would arrive. The work was done competently and things were left clean. Mr. Bedard did explain how everything worked. Both gentlemen were courteous and polite and a pleasure to have working in my home.
