Alex was a true craftsman. He had the knowledge and tools to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. After he left we could not figure how to open the door. We called him and after he finished with his customer which was late at night he returned and very patiently showed us again how to open and close the door. We will definitely call your company when we have any problems in the future.

I called Precision for a quote on either a new door or to have the existing mechanics of my current door replaced. I must say, I didn't expect such a kind, courteous and knowledgable person to arrive.
