I was led to believe that the price would be toward the lower end of the estimate that I was given on the phone. When the service man arrived the price was the highest. I think this ploy was deliberate. I wonder if this review will appear on their website.

My garage door spring broke . . . . 3 days before a long holiday weekend! Not knowing who to get service from, someone mentioned Precision. The web site made it look like a credible service . . . but this is South Florida, you never know. All of the glowing reviews did little to quiet my skepticism. I called and they quickly quoted me the likely cost and could get me serviced the next day! After scheduling the appointment, I called 2 other services and did not find the professionalism, knowledge and availability that I encountered when I called Precision. The technicians arrived on time. They quickly confirmed the diagnosis and the quote. While making the repair, they discovered an alignment issue created by shoddy installation. They spent extra time and effort, at no cost to me, to correct the alignment. Essentially, they wanted to ensure that everything was in good working order. Additionally, the technicians took the time to keep me up to date and were very professional. Precision Door Service exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them!

Communication was great, from the initial email confirmation to the 20 minute notice before my appointment. Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options, from just my spring repair, to upgrading some of the components. There was no pressure on any of the pricier options and it was good to know I can have those upgrades done at a later date for the same price. A great overall experience and highly recommended!

Great service, knowledgeable technician (Noah) who explained the work to be performed and the associated cost. I had place a call for service because one of the springs broke and was impossible to raise the garage door, my wife had a doctor's appointment and the car was looked in the garage. Within an hour I had the technician here and took care of the problem in just a few minutes. He was very friendly and you could tell that he knew his business. I chose Precision based on reviews on the web, it was the right decision. Alex arrived within the time frame first promised. He called ahead of time and was very pleasant. He did a thorough inspection and found a dangerously frayed cable, as well as the broken springs. I chose to replace the cables and averted another expensive repair, had the cable snapped. The additional repair was reasonable for 2 new cables. I recommend if you have one spring break, and your door has two, to replace both always, along with the cables. Especially anytime if the springs are 7 years old or more with no previous replacements. Alex even adjusted my electric garage door closing pressure to accomodate the new springs tension. I would not have known to do this if I tried to replace the springs myself. He even detected an adjustment needed in the track positioning. He made all the adjustments and pointed out why he made them. This is a reliable company with highly qualified and courteous installers. I highly recommend Precision to fix your garage door. 5 stars for sure!!!!

Appointment was for 8-12 window Todd was here promptly at 7:50, went right to work found problem told what he recommended and got to work. After complete evaluation showed me problems, gave me options to repair with no pressure to purchase anything gave me the price and got job done. Cleaned up could not even tell he was here.
