Service was promised during a 2 hour window on a Saturday. With 40 min left in the window the technician called and stated he was still working on a job that would take another 3 hours! He cancelled the visit and told me to call the toll free number to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day. Repair was great and efficient. He arrived on time and was pleasant. No issues there. I resent having to loose 2 weekend days waiting for the repair. The first tech knew well in advance that he could not possibly have made the appointment in time and could have given me the courtesy of a call much earlier.

Excellent customer service! We had the springs on our garage door replaced a year and a half ago by Precision Door. Recently, one of the springs broke. We contacted Precision Door regarding a replacement. The owner contacted me personally to apologize for the defect and to schedule an appointment for them to come and replace it the very next day at no charge. We were very impressed with the integrity with which our case was handled and feel like we are valued customers. I would highly recommend choosing a company that stands behind their product and their work to this extent.

While I have been satisfied with the overall performance of Precision Door over the several times that we have done business together (which is why I keep using your company), the four hour service window is a real turnoff. Half a work day. Hard to imagine that your business model can't be fine tuned to cut that in half. I bet your competitors love it.

Had a great experience scheduling the appointment, they were very educated about my issue and were able to get a technician out the next day. The tech was on on time! He called and quoted me a price for two springs that needed to be replaced, so I approved and he installed. After the work was done, he called back and said he actually had to use bigger springs and they were about $70 more than quoted. I stated that I would not pay the additional amount, because I didn't approve those springs and he should have known this garage door needed those bigger springs from the get go. After a long conversation, he was able to edit the price to the originally quoted price. It wasn't the best experience, but they did the work in a timely manner.

I was totally impressed by all aspects of this company. Staff was courteous and helpful. The website is awesome; chocked full of information. Even photos of staff so no stranger shows up. Chose your company because when I called for estimate, call taker was knowledgeable and straight forward with price. Gave me a range and actual price was in the middle. I was given a 4 hour window and Hector (service man) called prior and said he would be towards end of window and that he would give me 20 minute lead time when he was on his way. Hector seemed knowledgeable and professional, explained what he would do, and showed me final price befire starting job. Job was completed quickly and profeddionally. Alex who was my technician provided a professional and courteous service. He took the time to explain and offer insightful advice. I took a star not due to Alex but the pricing, which was high to fix the issue; without any parts replacement. (also the price was higher than another major competitor with similar level of service, which I used in the past). I would definitely reconsider and recommend Precision in the future because of experienced technicians like Alex.
