What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. I work in the trades myself as an electrician and was impressed with their knowledge and how well they represented their company. Very few in business anymore who are out to do the right thing for customer. The work was completed in a journeyman like fashion and in a timely manner. Kudos to your team/ business! Not only did they fix my garage very quickly, the technician tweaked my garage door to ensure it would not fall on my children if something were to happen to the cables. I called after 9:00 pm on Saturday night and the phone was answered promptly by Christina. Although she was unable to schedule me for Sunday, she did get an appointment for me on Monday, between the hours of 1 and 5. Noah called me about 20 minutes prior to his arriving and he was at my home by 1:30 in the afternoon. He was very pleasant and not only took care of my broken spring, but checked the rest of the door to make sure I would not have any problems in later months. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Precision.
