We called Precision on a Saturday morning as our spring broke in our door and could not get our car out. Roberto arrived the same day at 1 PM and replaced the spring. We were very pleased with the service and the repairs that were done. Roberto is an excellent service man and explained everything to us before he even started. The technician was very professional, but did not have the part needed on the initial service call. Second service call resulted in the part installed malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Third service call was a success, but seems that the motor does not function as well as was expected, with the door going up slower then before.

HAD GREAT SERVICE! Only one issue: It would be nice if the window of service quoted from 9am-1pm could be more precise. At 9:15 I called to ask if they knew what the technician's schedule was. I was told that they didn't know but they would ask him to call me back. I stayed home from work only to get a call at 1pm from the technician saying that he was still 35 minutes away. Your schedules I know depends on the type of work encountered, but the courtesy of an update on timing would have been greatly appreciated. When the technician did arrive, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Thanks.

My experience with Precision Doors from start to finish was a pleasure. I called late Saturday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised that a service call on the weekend was free, as long as service was done. I was given a window time of 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. They followed up with an e-mail confirmation as well as a bio of the Technician, Roberto (Bobby) with a picture so I knew who to expect. On Sunday morning the Technician called at 8:15 to tell me he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived soon after that. He explained to my husband & I what needed to be done & what our options were as well as prices. We were very happy with price too. We chose the full replacement of the parts with a lifetime warranty. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable, courteous & didn't try to intimidate us into buying what we didn't need. He completed the job in a timely manner & after he was done explained in detail what he had replaced. I found your ad in the Clipper Magazine. I called & Alex came out the next day. Since we bought our house 4 1/2 years ago & the garage door opener was the original, from 1990, everything was really old. Alex explained that we had a broken spring & what would be needed & the costs involved just to fix the springs & some other items that needed to be fixed. I asked him how much it would be to replace the opener & replace the springs. Since the system was so old, I had him install the new opener & to replace the springs. Everything was completed in just a couple of hours & Alex did a great job! It's great that I am now able to open & close our garage door again without getting out of the car & then having to help push the door up to fully open! And better yet, since my husband is a, "senior citizen", we were able to save money on everything! I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
