We had just purchased a new garage door opener for the second time in a year and lo and behold, just when my husband leaves for a business trip, the garage door opener breaks again! No matter what I did, I couldnt get the garage door to go back up. I called Precision and they were able to send their Technician, Alex, out to look at the problem. He called in advance and was right on time for the appointment. Turns out, it was a very simple fix where all he had to do was tigbten the drive belt on the door opener motor. He charged me only for the service call and my garage door is working once again. It is quiet and barely makes a sound when in use. Thank you to Alex for fixing the problem and for Precision for being such a class act!

Told one price on the phone and it was double when the tech arrived. Haggled with price for 30 min before agreeing on a price. Price went from $370 down to $250 for replacing springs. Tech did a good job with install.

Our technician was Bobby this morning. He called when he was on his way, he was on time, and he was very polite when he arrived. Five stars already. He thoroughly explained what was wrong to me, gave me a price that was fair, and then went to work right away. We like to be good to people that come to the house so I made him coffee and served him Lemon Cake with homemade blackberry sauce. He had his snack when he was done while we tested the door. He was an absolute delight to have, careful and thorough and he even offered to look at our second door. He pointed out some things re. the motor and spring size and made some recommendations. I am happy to give you 5 stars. Your technician was knowledgeable and practical. My garage door was not closing and I it was very difficult to close manually even though the springs were only a year and a half old. I was pretty sure it was a sensor problem and although I tried to adjust it myself it did not work. Alex called prior to his visit as requested by me and suggested that I might be able to adjust the sensor myself but I told him that I had tried that and it did not help. He came and we reviewed the state of the Garage door together. I had not been happy with a previous installation of springs which seemed to be too weak given the difficulty of manually opening and closing the door. He indicated that the steel rollers were not in good shape. The garage door is 19 years old. I felt no pressure from him to make any of the repairs, and he quickly did adjust one of the sensors and the garage door did go down but I decided I was not happy with the effort it took to open the garage door manually and decided to have the springs and rollers replaced. We also found that although the sensors allowed the door to close, the door did not stop when the sensors were blocked. He fixed that, adjusted the opener, the garage door and all the parts that could be aligned and did not leave until we were both happy with the way it worked. I was happy to pay the bill and would definitely recommend Precision Garage door to my neighbors and friends. Alex was a gentleman, knowledgeable and is an asset to the company.

My wife found your company's website on the internet after we became dissatisfied with the service provided by one of your competitors. The reviews presented there motivated us to call. Your service technician, Noah Nelson, was courteous, efficient, and thoroughly explained everything to both my wife and me at separate times. He made sure we understood the workings of our new garage door opener which replaced a 20 year old one from another company. The finished door and opener is quieter than I have ever heard a garage door in operation. Noah also replaced the rollers and programmed our vehicle to operate the door. I especially liked the fact that Noah was not rushing to get to the next job but took the time to make sure we did not have any more questions before he left. It was a 5 star job and I will not hesitate to contact your company again should the need arise.
