We called him and after he finished with his customer which was late at night he returned and very patiently showed us again how to open and close the door. Tech did an outstanding job, was very timely in the install everything looks and was great. After he left I didn't even have a business card to thank him and the company email was from "management" ? And also the other invoice email didn't have the attachment so I would have a copy of my bill. Technology is great, but a card and receipt would have also been.

I chose Precision having read the reviews. Eric from Precision called us to tell when he would be at at home....and what do you know...he was on time! Eric was friendly and professional. He saw the apparent problem immediately, but still took the time to thoroughly inspect the garage door and all its components. He did the repair quickly and then lubed and the moving parts. He stuck to the quote. No extra fees. The best part of this experience was that my wife and I both agree that the garage door now works better and is a lot quieter than it was when it was new. The woman that answered the phone was friendly, and assured me someone would be to my home between 8 and 12. I new the spring was broken because it had happened before. Bobby (Roberto?) was the technician. He gave me options, explained things clearly, came on time and was professional. I took the lifetime warranty option. Bobby was finished in an hour, demonstrated and explained the repair. An excellent experience all the way around.
