Recently moved to the Fort Lauderdale area and was unaware of any garage door service companies. Searched the internet and called Precision. They were able to provide a knowledgeable service technician the same day and fixed both of my garage doors. Very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

Great service and very professional.. Installer Alex called when he was on his way. Fully explained what needed to be done. Installed everything in around an hour. Set up remote command from vehicles and walked me through the process of all remotes, checked the door and springs and adjusted all. Great friendly service. Highly recommend ! Thanks

The men that came to install the doors were polite,friendly and honest. I was told I needed bucks on both doors for and addition price of $225 each for a total $450. The installer told me that after he removed a boards he saw that I did not need them and save me the $450. Someone else would have said I needed them and charged me.

You installed a unit in January and I had a problem with the sensor. You sent someone out right away (on Saturday) and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Anyone could sell you something. It is the service that builds a company. I would recommend you to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about our first experience with Precision. I called at 4:00 pm and by 5:15pm Roberto was here. Garage door needed double springs which was done very efficiently but just as important called first, said he was on his way and was very polite and quick. I will definitely spread the word here in our community of 165 homes. Most folks used the company that initially installed doors when homes were built for repair. Precision has a very reliable service. I have used them 2 times now, one time for a general checkup because the garage door was making lot of noise. The next time when the springs in the garage door has to be replaced after 10 years. Both time, customer service was prompt in sending the technician at the right time.
