I love the protocol that Precision has developed; emailing confirmation of the appt with a picture of the technician, calling shortly before arrival. The techs for Precision Door were actually early for the appointment. This was the first great sign of a great service visit. The techs were very friendly and explained the different programs they could use to fix my garage door (the spring had broken). Bobby was very professional and provided a lot of information. I have a very heavy garage door (custom, wood on wood) with an 34 year old Overhead Model 100 opener (V-belt and chain drive). Currently looking at the your proposal but I prefer a heavy duty chain drive instead of the recommended belt drive.
