Sean, the tech who installed our new garage door was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and very professional. My home is 20 years old and within the past year, I have had it painted, according shutters installed on all operings to include 8 patio doors, and all new windows installed. None of these jobs were completed with the speed and expertise shown by Sean and his helper.Thank you Mr Wakefield for your help. I give you six stars

The staff and owner of Precision Door are awesome. I called at 6:30pm because I could not open my garage door and my car was in the garage. Noah called, we discussed some price misinterpretation and what the problem might be, he said he was on his way, Jim, the owner called in the meantime to make sure everything was good and Noah was here within 30 minutes, was correct about the problem, made recommendations and explained why, fixed the door and was ready to go. He was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and confident in his recommendations for repair but not pushy. I will use and recommend Precision Door whenever the opportunity comes up. Jim, you have a great employee in Noah and you know customer service; even the person I initially spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you both!

I decided to go with Precision Door because of the reviews I read online. I had a broken spring on my main door. I called and was greeted by a friendly person who was able to schedule an appointment the same day to meet our needs. The job was completed as promised and from my point of view for a reasonable price. I will call them again if I need any future service work.

Excellent job getting here for a repair that had us left with 2 cars stuck in the garage. Eric was very good. He did not expect to do a larger job and therefore did not have the brackets needed. Luckily he was able to utilize what we had in the garage.

My wife and I recently moved into our new home in Boca Raton, FL and our garage door opener stopped working after a few weeks. It was an older chain model that was pretty much fried. I Googled and found Precision Door Service in Boca Raton, FL. They had great ratings and a professional team. The service technician, Eric Dennison, was at our place the very next morning. He installed a new unit and did a tune up on our garage. I couldn't have asked for better service. The servicing was quick, professional and at a great price. Now we have a quiet, smooth running garage under warranty. We know who to call if we need any work done in the future and I have already recommended Precision Door Service to a coworker that lives in Pompano Beach, FL. Thank-You! Mark J

What a first class business! Making an appointment that fit my schedule was a breeze. The tech that showed up, Bobby and I forgot the other techs name, arrived right on time. I work in the trades myself as an electrician and was impressed with their knowledge and how well they represented their company. Very few in business anymore who are out to do the right thing for customer. The work was completed in a journeyman like fashion and in a timely manner. Kudos to your team/ business! I will recommend Precision to my family and friends knowing the job will be done right the first time at a fair price. A lifetime warranty is a huge bonus to any homeowner. Thanks again for superior service!!!!!

I was delighted when I was told that Alex would be making the repair to my garage door. He was the same rep who installed it and I found him to be extremely professional, friendly and sincere. He was very caring when he had to make some adjustments and since everything was covered under my warranty, I was very happy about having made the decision to go with Precision Door Service in the first place.

Good afternoon Mr. Migani. I'm writing not just to compliment you and Precision for your prompt response to our garage door trouble ,but in particular to rave about the superior customer service provided us by your technician Alex. He immediately identified the problem, corrected same and based on his expertise, we opted for some upgrades to our system. He's a Five plus star in your company and you've earned a new loyal customer as a result.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with Precision Door. Not only did they fix my garage very quickly, the technician tweaked my garage door to ensure it would not fall on my children if something were to happen to the cables. That extra step of caution (which he did on his own volition) was very thoughtful, and i appreciated him taking extra care. I will definitely be a returning customer, should the need arise!
