My garage door seemed unresponsive to the remote door opener. I wasn't anle to close the door. I was concerned that this would turn into an expensive repair since the door was fairly old. Tim spotted the problem in two minutes. Apparently it was a minor adjustment to the Sensor. It was fixed in 60 seconds and all I had To pay was a $15 fuel charge. He was courteous and took the time to explain it to me. I will call them again when the need arises

Tim Wakefield was WONDERFUL and I think you should give him a nice big fat juicy raise!!! SEriously!!!! He was fantastic and I will definately recommend him to others! He was confident and knowledgeable and very professional and I loved how he took the time to show & explain everything to me!!! I feel confident that my door is going to work for years to come and I appreciate his honesty & patience & attention to detail! Good work Tim and thank you!!!! I originally called Precision because of a coupon that was in a mailer which BTW didn't apply to the services I had done but Tim was kind enough to tell me about another 10% off coupon that could be applied which is one reason we went ahead and had him do the work so thank you again Tim! Don't forget to give him a raise! :)
