Doug is great! From the beginning he called to let us know when he would arrive so we weren't waiting and wondering when! Awesome! We had our springs replaced because the old ones where too small and the door was not balanced correctly. This was causing our opener to not operate at all. Once Doug installed the new springs everything worked great and the opener was working like new! He explained everything so we could understand what was wrong and gave us our options. Very up front and so fast I couldn't believe he had it done so quickly. Great work and very courteous and friendly! Highly recommend.

IMPRESSED ALL AROUND!! A++++++++++ DOUG called immediately and said 30 minutes until arrival. He arrived in 30 minutes. He gave an explanation of all that was wrong and what it would cost. He worked diligently to fix it BEYOND OUTSTANDING. (This year 2000 door has ALWAYS made TERRIBLE LOUD NOISES as it opens.) After Doug worked on it, it works BETTER THAN IN ENTIRE LAST 13 YEARS. I have to tell you that I had booked an appointment for 4:30-6:30 with another company, and they called at 5:30 to say THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING TODAY. Then I called ANOTHER COMPANY. The Technician said his girlfriend had made plans for them, and he could not make it TODAY. When I asked about 24/7 service and if there was another technician, he said I am one of the FAMILY OWNERS of the COMPANY and it will be TOMORROW EARLIEST. Anyway-I was IMPRESSED that I called PRECISION at 8 pm and they booked me for 9-11pm and ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THROUGH. I also like the Galaxy Pad for signing, and the instant email of the bill. Thank You for MAKING MY DAY wih your BEYOND OUTSTANDING service and CONGRATULATIONS to Technician Doug for a job well done!

I set up the appointment and was totally surprised when the service technician told me he would come to my home after 8:00 PM. I work 2 jobs and it is difficult to have anything done. He was sitting in front of my house waiting for me when I pulled in. I was waiting for the enormous charge and was in shock when the cost was minimal. I have handed out their business cards to everyone I work with. I will definitely use them again!!!

I like the fact that you provide same day service, background on technicians and company and the fact that you have various locations.
