You have more than double your price since 2022. I find that unacceptable. The new springs went up to doble the price. The price of the material itself didn't go up that much. The employees didn't double their salary but you chose to raise the price so much. from $350 that I paid for new springs to now almost $1000 for 2 springs. NO WAY

I only use Precision because I’ve have in the past found that they are prompt, efficient, fair priced, and their service reps knowledgeable and considerate. My service rep Julio not only replaced my springs he inspected the entire assembly and suggested that I consider changing my rollers. One look at the rollers and I knew he was right. My door slides open and closed as if it were new again. Thank you precision and Julio for a job well done.

I was introduced to Precision door a few years back when we needed a new motor and track. Old unit was worn out and had a noisy chain. New motor and belt driven. A recent roof replacement caused damage to a door panel, and we were given credit towards a new door. Because of previous good experiences with Precision involving the motor/chain replacement & misc. service calls, it was an instant thought to call Precision for the entire door and rails replacement. Ray came out to quote the door, Dwayne and Jake installed the door in professional fashion. Protected surfaces, laid out materials in an organized order, removed old door and rails and immediately removed from area. Installed new door, confirmed proper function, walked me through what I needed to know as end user and left me satisfied with the purchase.

Now that I'm pretending to be the responsible adult in this house I figured it was a save bet to continue with their service. Great move (patting myself on the back). The tech they sent was Prince C. He was great and honestly answered my questions. When I looked for him on their site he is listed as Trainee. I'm here to tell you they can change that to Namaste! Seemed to truly be a master at his craft! He was also formally a NY kid which made me feel comfortable. I didn't know whether to offer him a bagel or a knish, but in the end I let him do his job and I was a very happy consumer!
