I have never had to have them come back to redo their work, they do it correctly the first time. I'm sure you could find someone to do it for less money but for me the service offered is well worth the expense.

My ancient Garage Door motor died Good Friday (night) after many years of service. We have been in our house 38 years. We knew this day would come. At 9 pm (to my surprise) Precision Door was taking calls until 10pm. I was quickly set up with an appointment for Saturday (10am-noon). By 2pm (less than 24 hours) my entire system was up and running with new motor, springs, rollers, pulleys. QUIET, SMOOTH running operation. LOGAN was FANTASTIC. He programmed the hand held remotes, the vehicle garage door opener buttons, the exterior wall entry key pad and walked us through the phone app. AMAZING PRODUCT. GREAT COMPANY. FANTASTIC TECHNICIAN.
