Lance was awesome! He contacted me when he was on his way about 20 minutes prior and then called me again once he got to my home as requested since I have animals. Lance was extremely knowledgeable about what had to be done and explained everything fully. He was very neat and clean with his appearance and his work. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns about what needed to be done and did a wonderful job!!! I would highly recommend this company and Lance as your technician!
