Technician (Thomas Wich) did an excellent job repairing our garage doors. I will ask for him when I call Precision if they are ever needed again in my home. Service call was made at 8:13, and (just as promised) technician called at 9:43 to advise he would arrive in 35 minutes, which was in the first part of the 10:00 - noon window committed to by the company. Great job Precision!

My garage door would not go up this morning, either automatically or manually. The previous owner had put a sticker for Precision on the inside of the garage door, so I called and by mid-afternoon Tyler had arrived. The damage was serious, mostly due to age, including one spring completely snapped. Tyler explained everything thoroughly, replaced both springs and other parts, and made sure I knew how to work it even when power was out. Terrific experience, I know who I'm calling next time I need work done on my garage door.

No effort to repair the opener. A lot of effort to sell me springs and a new opener though. When I told the tech the Liftmaster customer service rep suggested removing the cover and inspecting the gear or replacing the motherboard I was informed Precision doesn’t do that. Would have been nice to know before spending good money on a useless service call.

When the springs on my garage door broke, I called Precision who installed my beautiful new garage door about 5-years ago. They responded very promptly and were on-site in about an hour from my call. My service technician Jose did an exceptional job of repairing the door and installing the new springs to get me operational again. The 5 star rating is for Karter. He was outstanding, very personable and friendly. He explained what probably caused the motor to die. He inspected our whole system and gave us 3 different recommendations to choose from. He did his best to give us the best price possible. That is important to us as we are seniors, retired living on a fixed income. Besides a new opener he replaced the springs, gave it a tuneup, helped us to link our phones to the opener and showed us how the app works. Karter is a credit to your company. My only complaint is PRICE. I understand that eveything id expensive these days but I believe something can be done price wise to assist us seniors. Overall the 5 STAR rating is well deserved.

Outstanding service. My garage door broke at 8:00am on a Saturday morning. I called Precision at 8:30, they were at my house by 9:30. Julio was fabulous. I have used other Precision franchises. When my 26 year old spring broke I called and they sent someone within 3 hours. Chris was prompt and thorough. His explanation of our issues were very clear. We elected to just replace the immediate broken parts. He was not pushy about the other recommended items but he showed me every part and why it will be necessary in the future. Then he completed the work quickly and quietly. The price was a bit more than I hoped but still within reason for the immediate service.
