The bracket from the motor to the door snapped off and we needed it fixed right away. Jose (the technician) was early and fixed the issue right away. I would definitely ask for Jose when dealing with Precision.

My experience with Precision Garage Doors today was amazing! I was able to get a same day appointment and the techs called when they were on their way to my house. I found out that door opener needs to fix. It was disconnected from the system. Door was very loud as well. I called to Precision at midnight and they answered. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and they were available. Technician came at 8am as it was planned. Completed the job and I am more than happy with the service. Professional, experienced, and skilled technicians. Door opener was replaced, rollers changed, string adjusted , etc. I cannot hear door movement. Great job.
