Technician Mr. Merrick Gayle arrived as scheduled and provided an assessment for the repair of reconnecting the cable and tightening the springs. He performed a 25 point check and evaluated each area to ensure they were well lubricated. Additionally, he took the time to teach me how to perform preventative maintenance and left a POC tag with Precision Overhead Door Service for future reference.
