The experience I had with Precision Door Service was top notch. I called them with a problem I had with my garage door and they had a service technician at my home within the hour. I had to have the Springs and Door Opener replaced. Willie was fantastic from the time he came until he left. He and his helper were most professional and courteous. Willie made me feel confident in working with this company. They did a great job and I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Eyron Molina responded to my call for help with one of my garage doors not closing properly. I called on Saturday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., they said that a technician could be here between 4 and 6 p.m., and he arrived promptly just after 4 p.m. Wow! That was great. The problem was very simple. It appeared that my yard helpers may have pulled on the release cord that prevented the door to close automatically. The fix was so easy, and Eyron was able to give a quick service lubricating both doors. Plus, he was very amicable and charming on top of being an excellent professional. Thank you for the excellent service!

We could not be happier with our engagement of Precision Door Service to repair our broken garage door. The technician, Eyron, arrived as promised on a Saturday morning and got to work. He very professional and thoroughly assessed our situation. He clearly laid out the options for repair and quickly and cleanly completed those repairs. The door has never operated so smoothly and quietly! I'm thankful that the first place I called could not come out until Monday. I would highly recommend Eyron and Precision for anything to do with garage doors!

Mike G. did an amazing job. Our 20 year old door and motor were making a great deal of noise. He installed new rollers, updated lift motor and controls, as well as bottom and side door seals. He worked cleanly and efficiently… with a smile! Thanks so much for the prompt service as well as extending the life of our door.

Precision Garage is one of the only companies with which I have worked in South Florida that shows up on time, follows up, does the work correctly and promptly, and has professional and courteous staff. Willie and Roman were terrific in making repairs to my garage door, performing the repairs while suggesting upgrades with no pressure.

I can not begin to tell you how impressed I am with your company, but most especially the gentleman that you have representing your company. Jose was my service tech and he went above and beyond!!! I had originally met with Mo Better garage door co and I was lied to and not only did they not service the door correctly, I paid for replacement rollers and they didn't even put the bottom one on because it was too difficult! On the other hand, Jose was exceptional, He was honest with me about the issues with the door and went out of his way to fix what the Mo Better screwed up, but then he made it better that it was to begin with. You have an amazing asset to your company in Jose!!! He should get a raise!!!
