I had Precision Door do a complete overhaul of my door in NY and they did a great job. Called the West Palm branch and Adrian came out and replaced the key pad and did a few other things to get me hooked up with the app on my phone. He was on time, polite, friendly, quite competent and patient and I would highly recommend the company based on the service call by Adrian.

My technician Jose reviewed my problem with regard to my garage door and the reason it has been stopping mid-stream. He gave me two options that would correct my problem. Very patient and professional! I was very happy with his work. If need be, call Precision Garage Door service snd ask for Jose.

Outstanding service by a top notch very knowledgeable tech, Jose Espinoza. I scheduled a service call online at 10am for a noon-2p time slot. Jose arrived before 2 and was finished by 3:15. Replacement parts (springs, rollers, etc) are all superior to the original parts. Highly recommended if you want a job done right.

Our tech Adrian Esquivel was top notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and respectful. He explained to us why we were having all the malfunctions and replaced our lift motor. With this we got new remotes, new keypad and a new wall switch. I have used Precision in the past and have been quite pleased each time.

We have used Precision Garage Door / Precision Door Service of South Florida for many years and have never had a problem with them. They are knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. Their salesman/service installers are honest, very neat, and thoughtful when installing garage door openers or Garage Doors. Specifically, Tyler Wakefield is an amazing employee who goes above and beyond during a service call, and installation and explains how everything works. He did a great job and left the job site very clean.

I called at 9 am for service and had my tech, Tyrone, at my door at 11:30 am. Tyrone walked me through an evaluation of my garage door/opener system and quickly assessed the issues and gave me the quote. I decided to move forward and the work was all complete by 3:30 pm. The door works great now. Tyrone explained operation and maintenance moving forward and extended his information in case I had any questions in the future. Very happy with the service! I can't say enough good things about this company and the Service Tech, Chris. My garage door spring broke early this morning, trapping my only car in the garage. I called 4 companies and Precision was the only one that promised to come out this same morning. Chris (very friendly and polite) was here in about 1.5 hours (maybe even less) and he promptly and professionally diagnosed the issues of a 22 year old door. He fixed everything and I was able to use my garage again before noon. It's working better than ever. Many thanks! It's a happy new year, so far.
