When he arrived he was very polite and looked at the garage door and knew right away what the problem was. He gave me an estimate to fix it and to install a new door opener. Pleasant, timely, was able to come on a Saturday, knowledgeable, fair, clean. This was my second experience with Precision and two different repair people were sent out months apart for two different issues and I gave five stars to both because it was warranted!
