We had an issue with our garage door and called Precision. They scheduled us within a day and our technician Jose E. was very professional and helpful. He replaced our garage door opener, including springs, bearings, etc and did a great job! What I also liked is that Jose gave us a variety of options and didn't pressure us. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs!

Samantha got me scheduled for service in days and was very quick in returning emails. I had NEVER thought about garage door maintenance, and Micah the technician has now totally made me aware of all the continued maintenance that is needed to keep all the metal hinges involved with a garage door in good running order, especially in our South Florida weather near the beach. Thanks for the great & prompt service.

I had the pleasure of seeing your truck at a neighbor's home. I walked over and had the pleasure of meeting Merrick Gayle. I explained the situation that I was having with my garage door and he promised me that he would stop over and take a look at it. I was told that the situation that I was having was easily reparable. First of all, it was my pleasure to meet a repairman that was honest and reliable. He came over to look at things, explain exactly what needed to be done and it was done immediately. The door worked perfectly. We tested it and all was fine. Today, I could not open the door. Shortly after my repair, Merrick was back on his truck and made the necessary repairs and all is fine. I would be thrilled to recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door repair. A simple call was all that was needed!

I felt that it was closely overcharged for very little being done. The text was very polite very kind, obviously programmed and used to overcharging people. I won’t do this again.

The technician tried to over charge me by over 100% of the final agreed upon price. Not sure what kind of company would let their people do this. Awful. On top of this, the person threw a huge piece of gum on my lawn.
