I had a garage opener installed a couple of years ago and Precision did a fabulous job! I needed a new remote and new rollers so I did not hesitate to call them again. Mike our technician was very professional and friendly. He showed up as promised at the hour that was scheduled. I recommend Precision very highly.

Technician Mr. Merrick Gayle arrived as scheduled and provided an assessment for the repair of reconnecting the cable and tightening the springs. He performed a 25 point check and evaluated each area to ensure they were well lubricated. Additionally, he took the time to teach me how to perform preventative maintenance and left a POC tag with Precision Overhead Door Service for future reference. Merrick went the "Extra Mile", was professional and exceptional, and owned his "JOB"! Thank your honesty and integrity in getting the job done on time and right.

When I got a call asking if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment, I was so grateful. José was extremely professional, courteous & an excellent representative of your Company. He was very interested in giving me the best solution to my current situation: my very old garage door wouldn’t open earlier this morning. He spent as much time as he needed to analyze the problem & subsequently repair my old broken garage door so that I’m able to use it until my new door is ready to be installed. Understanding that I’ll need to get my HOA to approve my new door, he assured me Precision Garage Doors will provide all the info I’ll need to get HOA approval. Thank you so much José & God bless you…

Our technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we pondered the various purchase options. We decided to go with the new Lift Master based on it's many features despite less expensive options being available. We wanted the longevity and peace of mind the Lift Master provides. Our technician installed everything without a hitch within an hour. We are very pleased with the product and service.

Jose Espinoza completed my service and he was excellent! Very personable and knowledgeable. Got the job done fairly quickly- explained everything well. He gave me the good, better, best options but was understanding when my budget only allowed the “good” service. Precision should give Jose a raise….he is worth it! He also sold me raffle tickets for the Children’s Hospital!
