Eric our technician was both friendly and professional. He pointed out that the spring coils on the garage door has counterweights and they need to be calibrated. He replaced the sheared bracket with a betted designed one. He went beyond what was expected. I was very satisfied with his service. Next time I have to call I will request Eric. He is a excellent technician.

These guys are excellent - from the first phone call to the completion of the job. Customer service representative was polite, patient and understanding and she was able to accommodate my schedule and send a technician the same day. Mike arrived promptly and in less than 5 minutes he knew exactly what was causing the problem. I actually had to leave for work and when I got back - everything was ready - installed and working perfectly. It took me 3 years, multiple visits of "specialists" ( including some pretty creepy individuals I had to deal with ) and a solid amount of money wasted on "service fees", "maintenance fees" and / or "consultation fees" and lately - "fuel surcharge fees!" before I was finally able to get this sorted out. Big relief ! And an even bigger THANK YOU to Michael Foster and Precision Garage Doors! Keep doing the good work and I will be your customer for life.

Jose came to inspect and repair my garage door and opener system. He was very professional, clearly explained all the issues with my garage doors and quoted pricing to complete the repair. To my surprise, when I agreed to the work estimate, he got right to work. He had a full stock of material ready to go on his truck, was able to get started while another technician brought out a second opener( I have two garage doors) and completed all the work in one visit. Fantastic service and install by Ken. Precision responded the next day and a lot of work was completed quickly. I was given several price options before install. I do see a few reviews/ price complaints for which I understand. However 2 years ago I chose the cheap price and that caused me to spend more money than if I had used a professional to begin with. A bad install and spring settings can cause motor and cable damage. “You get what you pay for” is all too true with this type of repair. Thank you Ken and Precision!!
