Alex, my technician, was timely on same day arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Although the quote seemed high, he did the work precisely, after a thorough explanation of the mechanics, and his work is warranted. He was very polite, clean and pleasant.

I made the call to Precision and had an appointment for later in the day. Technician called and said he could be there a little earlier. He arrived, looked at the door, gave me 3 options and a couple hours my door was back in service. No hassle…no pressure. I would strongly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service.

Bait and switch. Estimated $5-600 dollars to replace 2 springs. Guy comes out and wants $1050 for 2 springs. Called my backup and he installed 2 springs for $600.

We called several companies and Precision was the only one who responded in person quickly and professionally. Vince gave us an estimate after explaining everything to us very clearly and quickly. Several options were provided along with the costs. Because Vince was so thorough and competitively-priced, we were able to make a decision right on the spot

Eric our technician was both friendly and professional. He pointed out that the spring coils on the garage door has counterweights and they need to be calibrated. He replaced the sheared bracket with a betted designed one. He went beyond what was expected. I was very satisfied with his service. Next time I have to call I will request Eric. He is a excellent technician.

These guys are excellent - from the first phone call to the completion of the job. Customer service representative was polite, patient and understanding and she was able to accommodate my schedule and send a technician the same day. Mike arrived promptly and in less than 5 minutes he knew exactly what was causing the problem. I actually had to leave for work and when I got back - everything was ready - installed and working perfectly. It took me 3 years, multiple visits of "specialists" ( including some pretty creepy individuals I had to deal with ) and a solid amount of money wasted on "service fees", "maintenance fees" and / or "consultation fees" and lately - "fuel surcharge fees!" before I was finally able to get this sorted out. Big relief ! And an even bigger THANK YOU to Michael Foster and Precision Garage Doors! Keep doing the good work and I will be your customer for life.

The technician Tommy, went above and beyond what was required of the door, and of his services, to make me, the customer happy. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs garage door repairs. Tommy did an amazing job, and I would request him to do service again in the future. Jose came to inspect and repair my garage door and opener system. He was very professional, clearly explained all the issues with my garage doors and quoted pricing to complete the repair. To my surprise, when I agreed to the work estimate, he got right to work. He had a full stock of material ready to go on his truck, was able to get started while another technician brought out a second opener( I have two garage doors) and completed all the work in one visit. Thanks!
