Precision was recommended by my neighbor. I admired her new garage door that she had gotten last November. They were very pleased all around with Precision. I decided to call Precision shortly after and was very happy that I did. The technician was very polite, professional and explained the whole process of old door removal, instillation of new door and opener as well as fixing the frame around the garage entrance. I was very impressed that he took the time. They will be installing next week after the door comes in and the permit is received. Very pleased so far.

Jeff phoned prior to arrival, arrived on time, kept his distance and wore a mask. He was a pleasure to work with, taking time to explain how everything worked. The guy called me to tell me he was on his way within the time frame promised. He came and gave me 3 options. I figured it was late in the evening and the option I chose might take a while so I asked when he could come back to do the work. He was able to do it the same day as long as I was around. He showed me the issues before and after he completed it. I no longer have loud banging noises when I open the garage door. He did an exceptional job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company.
