Mike G was outstanding. Went so far above and beyond what’s expected of a technician. He stayed to show us how everything worked and how to maintain it. He even brought a blower and dusted my whole garage. I want this guy as godfather to my kids. Joking aside, he was outstanding.

Mike was my service guy today and he showed excellent communication skills, knowledge and professionalism with me. He was on time and most importantly he began the repair to my garage door the same day as my service call. I would highly recommend Mike and Precision to family and friends in my area if they need service. Outstanding and high quality service combined with a fair price for repairs.

Service Technician Merrill Gayle did an inspection of my garage door on Friday June 24th. The door would not go up only a couple of feet and stop. The large coil was broken and all the coils were frayed and supporting hinges and parts were worn.. The door did not have maintenance in over 10 plus years. 3-1/2 hours later in a hot garage it was done. 5 stars for Professionalism, Knowledge, and Communications on explaining and showing me what was worn and needed to be replaced
