He Made A Thorough Inspection Of The Task At Hand and Gave Several Options To Try To Work Within My Budget Expectations At The Same Time Making Sure The Garage Door Would Be Fixed Correctly And Work Safely. Upon Completion Of The Job He Made Sure I Was Completely Satisfied With His Work. He Then Checked And Double Check To Make Sure Everything Worked Perfectly And Cleaned Up Before He Left. Mitch/ Doug performed the installation and did a great job! Mitch described door operation, including all safety features and maintenance lubrication points (White lithium Grease). Very helpful !
