The guy called me to tell me he was on his way within the time frame promised. He came and gave me 3 options. I figured it was late in the evening and the option I chose might take a while so I asked when he could come back to do the work. He was able to do it the same day as long as I was around. He showed me the issues before and after he completed it. I no longer have loud banging noises when I open the garage door. He did an exceptional job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Impeccable Customer Service & Response I Woke up and discovered my 15yr old unit had failed. Upon calling Precision they had a tech out within a few hours. They did a cursory evaluation on repair & replacement options & allowed me to make a decision without any pressure. After I decided to go forward with a full upgrade/replacement they extended a discount that I couldn’t pass up. Very happy with the company & great tech customer service.
