Fantastic service and install by Ken. Precision responded the next day and a lot of work was completed quickly. I was given several price options before install. I do see a few reviews/ price complaints for which I understand. However 2 years ago I chose the cheap price and that caused me to spend more money than if I had used a professional to begin with. A bad install and spring settings can cause motor and cable damage. “You get what you pay for” is all too true with this type of repair. Thank you Ken and Precision!!

Great job from start to finish and it was done even faster than expected. Springs broke late last night and I'm so happy they are open 7 days a week vs. other companies that charge extreme emergency rates for the weekend.

Great service by Tech Jose, he arrived on time and promised to complete the install in 2 - 2 1/2 hrs., and was done before. Explained all the ins outs of the opener and helped me program the application on my cell. Purchased the Lift Master and is so silent and smooth, it was worth the upgrade! THANKS Jose, Great job!!

Wow great installer. Took the time to troubleshoot the motor and discovered why it was failing, explained options clearly and had all parts in truck to basically replace the motor and ran new lines for the sensor. Clean fast professional. Great job. Thanks !
