I always feel that I’m in good hands when Precision shows up for service. My tech, Ken, is extremely professional. He gave me lots of options to choose from without including the sales “pitch”. Ultimately I opted for the long term replacement over the short term fix so I know that I’ll have reliable equipment for a long time!

I have used Precision Garage Door several times and I have found their technicians to be prompt, courteous and professional. Recently I needed a new rubber seal at the bottom of the door. As it is an old door, 25 years, they did not have an exact match. It took several visits to get one to work perfectly for this door and I was impressed with Ted’s willingness to keep trying until he got it right. I am very happy with the outcome of this service and will continue to be a customer.

I came home to find my garage door would not open-haven’t had a problem with the garage for years so I didn’t know who to call. I did what I usually do and started searching the internet. I looked at several websites and read reviews and decided on your company. It was Friday afternoon about 2p.m. and I was able to get an appointment for 4-6. What really impressed me was the confirmation email I got for the appointment, telling me the name of the technician, his picture and a statement of their security measures. My technician called early and said he could be at my house by 3. He attempted to fix the opener and it did work when we tried it a few times, but then it stopped working so he installed a new system. I was also pleased that he had everything with him, I didn’t have wait a couple of days while the opener was ordered. After installing the new system, he went over everything with me and when I mentioned I was going to try to sync the opener so I could open it from my car mirror. He immediately offered to do that for me, I thought that was really nice. Everything is working perfectly, my technician was Jose Esposito and I will absolutely ask for him again.
