It is rare to find a company that solved my problem so quickly and professionally! I called at 7:35, Vince arrived at 8:45 and he was finished by 10 am! The garage door is now properly connected to the garage door opener, I have new, quiet rollers, the spring was tuned and everything that needed lubricant got a shot of silicon! I had used Precision before and was happy with the service. On this occasion, the technician, Merrick, arrived on time, was very professional, and knowledgeable. He did an evaluation, explained the problem, and gave me detailed options. After I selected the option, Merrick completed the work and again discussed and showed me what he had actually done. I was impressed with his work.

Jose was on time, knowledgeable, & polite. He gave me three different choices as to how to fix my problem. I thought I only needed my springs replaced, but that was not the case. The service tech was great. They came early and were very friendly. The service itself was quick. But the cost was very high. Way more than I expected. For that reason, I can't recommend them and I will not be using them again.

Ultimately I opted for the long term replacement over the short term fix so I know that I’ll have reliable equipment for a long time!
