Precision installed my hurricane Door back in 2014 door and garage door opener. It was a great experience then service and upgraded to nylon wheels for smoother operation. Again, another great experience my spring broke yesterday and they got a technician here today to install new spring and service the door. The representative, Mr Prince Cantabr was excellent, very professional and did a great job. Thank you for coming to our rescue and fixing our garage door so fast.. one of our neighbors had the same problem yesterday and told us about it this morning so we’re referred them to Precision Door and our representative had them as his next stop. To add to a very positive experience: My Tech: Scott, was first rate. He explained the problem and solution in an appropriate way. He completed the R & R of my expired opener, and the runners. It is a few days and I am very satisfied with the outcome on all points. I highly recommend Precision. Don't take a chance of getting an inferior outcome. The garage door now is virtually silent and works perfectly.
