Dear Mr. Wakefield, My 22-year old garage door opener mechanism finally died yesterday afternoon. After researching the best repair and service companies in the area, I chose Precision Garage Door Service. Your team promptly set up a service call for 10 a.m. this morning. My service technician was Yandy Gonzalez, a very new employee with your company. He was absolutely terrific! He called ahead of arriving, and was cordial and professional from start to finish. He explained every option available to me in a way I could understand, and then replaced the mechanism (including motor, roller braces, springs, key pads, and sensors). He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and kept the work area tidy. I hope you will pass along to him my appreciation for his outstanding job performance! Thank you, and I will happily recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends in the area. Sincerely, Jonathan Marks Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Very easy to make an appointment and the technician Chris was able to come out right away. Chris gave us four different options to remedy our garage door issue which all the sudden stopped opening and closing. We had him replace the springs and install a new more reliable and stronger unit. Chris was able to do this right away and within about two hours everything was working great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything from how the sensors work to programming the keypads. Very happy with the service.

Jose and Clay arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and explained my choices carefully to me. I opted to have the opener replaced because it has had problems before and it was 24 years old. Both men were very nice and very professional! I would recommend them to anyone who needed service!

I contacted Precision Door of South Florida after experiencing problems with my door months after another provider's work and parts failed and they were nowhere to be found. Precision's technician Chris came out to my home and presented me with several options. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I felt very confident knowing that he would be the one doing the repairs. I told him I needed some time before I could do the work and he told me it would be no problem that he would be there when I was ready.Several weeks later I contacted Precision and scheduled the work. Chris promptly came to my home and completed the work much to my satisfaction. In my honest opinion, skip the fly by night garage door companies and contact Precision and get the job done right. They've been around for years and stand behind their work.

Been using Precision since I had my home in Loxahatchee! Moved to a condo and continue to recommend and use them. David was my service provider on 9/11/26 and he was professional, friendly and fixed my issue quickly. Best of all he called and said when he would arrive and was on time (a rarity these days). Wouldn’t use anyone else.

My appointment was made in less than 24 hours. Technician was on time. A very courteous & professional young man. Was very knowledgeable and performed as expected. Was able to explain his findings and resolved the issues. I called for the appointment because this was the company that installed the garage door some years ago.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Kyle V! When he first came out he did a great job explaining the issue with my garage door. He also explained why the issue was likely occurring. Today when he came back to repair it he was efficient and thorough. Again, he explained everything he corrected and installed. I am very happy with his detailed work as well as his kind personality and professionalism!!!

Jose provided a very detailed estimate to repair my two-car garage door. He was very professional and he went over many options for my consideration. I am in the process of reviewing his estimates. If I choose one of them, I will definitely request Jose to complete the work. He is an outstanding employee!

Both Logan and Jack were very professional and friendly. Logan did the assessment and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They seemed to know what was causing my issues and they were done without delays. They had the equipment they needed and was able to get it fixed. Thank you very much.

I called Precision about 6pm to make an appointment due to my auto opener not closing fully. It was not an emergency since I can close it manually, They scheduled a tech to come the next day with a window for 10 am - 12 noon. Their tech David gave me a text prior to arrival with a ETA. He arrived on time. Their communication was excellent. David is an excellent tech also. He explained in detail what the issue was (wire cables on the both sides of the door) and gave me a few options. He fixed the issue in a timely manner. And gave me lots of info of parts that could become a problem in the future. But did not pressure me in any way to replace them now. I would call them in the future for any issues.

Josue did a great job with the repairs. He was friendly, professional and did a thorough job. Thanks!

Our garage door did not open or close last night. We called Precision Garage and they were out early afternoon. Our serviceman, Chris, was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We did get a new garage door opener as the motor wasn’t working as it should be. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone for all their garage repairs.
