Technician Tyler Wakefield kept me informed of his arrival. He did a complete analysis of our garage door and opener before he gave us recommendations to consider as solutions. With a couple of questions answered we chose one of the 2 solutions, since it was exactly what we needed to fix our garage opener and door. I had an issue where the manual release cord got caught in the garage door while it was being opened causing it to close abruptly and hard. I saw the problem, but could not get the door to work. Precision came out within a few hours which was a pleasant surprise. Eyron fixed the issue and then showed me why the door closed so hard. He strengthened the existing springs and now the door works perfectly. Al this for what I thought was a reasonable price. I will only use Precision from now on for my garage door needs.
