I was able to obtain an appointment much sooner than I thought and when the Service Tech, Tyrone Burton, arrived, I was even more impressed. Tyrone was knowledgeable and professional. My service tech Merrick went above and beyond for my garage repair. Merrick is the type of guy I could hang out with watching the game at a local sports grill. The sensors and remotes are now working, and the new wheels make the garage almost silent. My only disappointment was the MYQ app not linking to the MYQ garage door opener. I'm surprised they don't have hubs available for installation, but it's something cheap and simple that I can do myself.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the Google reviews for your company. It showed the company has a 4.9 rating which I feel is amazing! The service technician, Merrick Gayle, showed up exactly on time as promised. I found him to be pleasant, courteous, and professional in both in inspection of the door and related repair. He gave me multiple estimates from replacing the entire door all the way to basic minimum required repairs needed. With help from Merrick, I decided that the door itself was fine but I decided to do more than the minimum repair. I had the springs replaced, new bearings, new wheels, along with proper lubrication and required door balancing that Merrick recommended. Merrick was fast and efficient in the repair process. I was impressed with both his skills and knowledge relating to garage door repairing. All needed parts were on his truck and he had it working as good as new in a short time. Thank both Precision and Merrick for the quick and proper repair. Even got a (2) year warranty! Great service for sure! Russ Quinn
