Precision replaced most moving parts last year. Door was like new again. They were very good so when we had a problem today, we called and they sent someone right out. Naturally we couldn't recreate issue but he thinks he knows what was happening and reprogrammed the settings under warranty. Will see if that works. Both men were very professional and primary tech seemed very knowledgeable.

Wow. First impressions mean a lot, and Precision Garage Door Service provided an awe-inspiring first-time encounter. I called them yesterday to inquire about checking out my garage opener, which stopped functioning. This morning at 8:30, someone was in my garage assessing the situation. My garage door came crashing down on a Saturday evening. I called Precision because of their 4.9 star rating. I was told a repairman could be dispatched on Sunday but because of my schedule, I opted for Monday. The repairman, Prince arrived within the window I had been promised. He did a thorough inspection of the entire system of my two-car garage. When he finished, he explained everything to me clearly and understandably. He went over my options and made suggestions. It turned out to be a bigger job than I expected but I could clearly see that the repairs were warranted - - springs had to be replaced, it required new spring guards and a new motor. Prince promised that the garage door would operate like new with all the repairs he suggested and he came through on his promise. The motor hums; the door closes gently. I realize now how poorly it had been operating. It was money well-spent. Prince was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He and his associate, Freddie worked meticulously and cleaned up after the job was completed. This experience exceeded my expectations. Well done!
