This morning we realized our garage door wouldn't open and the spring was broken. Our car was "held hostage" so to speak. We have used Precision Garage Door since we purchased our home 7years ago. We have a 900 lb hurricane garage door which keeps us safe but has had a few problems. The motor has had a hard time dealing with the weight of the door. Jeff Barron came over and solved our problem. He was so helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with. He certainly knows his profession and I would highly recommend him! He replaced the motor and moved it to a better location which will solve so many problems. The cables were fraying with the weight and it wasn’t completely square. With the new location of the motor we also have less torque. I am extremely happy! We are also very happy with the company. They are very good at responding to any problem. Very few companies these days have this level of service!
