My garage door was not closing properly due to some old sensors, while my drive unit was past the recommended life time and some repairs had been made on it over the years. After Mr. Chris Bernard explained to me all my options, I chose to upgrade the whole system completely. It seem to be the most cost effective and all inclusive package. Mr. Bernard was very polite and cordial and did not pressure me into any decision. He finished the job much faster than I expected, and we are more than satisfied with the new garage door and the way it gently operates. Chris Bernard was even able to give me some added peace of mind by describing how he closed a gap at the bottom, to prevent any intruders or animals from trying to access my garage. The young lady that took by call was polite, knowledgeable, and showed a sense of urgency for my need of a same day appointment to fix my door that was stuck in the open position with a broken cable. Eyron Molina responded to my call for help with one of my garage doors not closing properly. I called on Saturday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., they said that a technician could be here between 4 and 6 p.m., and he arrived promptly just after 4 p.m. Wow! That was great. The problem was very simple. It appeared that my yard helpers may have pulled on the release cord that prevented the door to close automatically. The fix was so easy, and Eyron was able to give a quick service lubricating both doors. Plus, he was very amicable and charming on top of being an excellent professional.
