I called Precision about 6pm to make an appointment due to my auto opener not closing fully. It was not an emergency since I can close it manually, They scheduled a tech to come the next day with a window for 10 am - 12 noon. Their tech David gave me a text prior to arrival with a ETA. He arrived on time. Their communication was excellent. David is an excellent tech also. He explained in detail what the issue was (wire cables on the both sides of the door) and gave me a few options. He fixed the issue in a timely manner. And gave me lots of info of parts that could become a problem in the future. But did not pressure me in any way to replace them now. I would call them in the future for any issues.

Our garage door did not open or close last night. We called Precision Garage and they were out early afternoon. Our serviceman, Chris, was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My garage door was extremely loud and "creaky" whenever it went up or down. After trying a couple of other garage door companies I decided to try Precision (since Mo and Sally gave them rave reviews). The tech from Precision, Josue Pagan, arrived right on time. Not only was he polite and well-mannered but he was able to fix my garage door! Now, when it goes up or down, I can barely hear it! My mother accidentally closed the garage door as I was backing out and it was very dented and off the track. I saw the Precision sticker and immediately called to set an appointment. I was given a time for two hours later (which I was happy to have) but then received a call from Jose Espinoza that he had a cancellation and was heading over. Jose was wonderful and was able to repair the door plus did a little maintenance so it was even quieter than before. Precision saved the day.

The operator arm bracket dislodged on the garage door as it was going up and the door came crashing down on a Sunday morning around 10:00 AM. A friend had told me about Precision and their superior service, so I called to leave a message for Monday and was answered immediately by Jen. After describing my issue, she said she could have someone there between 12:00 - 2:00 PM that Sunday! Chris Peraza the technician called shortly after 12:00 PM to say he was on his way. Chris explained a couple of issues that caused the bracket to dislodge and I also inquired about new weather stripping that was badly worn. After providing me with a price for all of the work, the job was completed in about 2 hours. All of this on a Sunday and done by 2:30 PM!

Jose arrived on time and listen to all of my concerns. He explained everything that he was going to do. He diagnosed some serious issues on the center door. It had worn out parts and He replaced everything except the rails. The door never sounded better. One of the other doors just had a minor issue that was remedied easily. Jose was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He also gave me optional on parts replacement.

My technician Armando was great. He did an excellent job and fixed my problem quickly and gave my garage door an adjustment and lubrication. My only concern is that my weatherstripping on the bottom of the door was sagging and that was the reason for my repair call. He fixed the problem but I feel for that sagging to have happened and the door is slightly more than one year old makes me think either the material or the assembly was not what it needed to be. An issue like this I would not expect to happen this quickly. If it happens at all it should be many years from the original installation date. I chose your company because I expected high quality service (which I received) and a high quality product which I am not sure of based on my sagging issue I had so early on in my ownership of the door. Chris Bernard called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly after 8:30 AM. I explained the problem I was having and he proceeded to do a complete evaluation of the issues I had with the garage door opener and additional repairs. I gave him the go ahead and he did a complete overhaul of my unit. I was extremely satisfied with his work and the manner in which he communicated everything that needed to be done.
