You are a godsend. We were looking for someone to fix our garage door clicker and you miraculously showed up with your car next to my husband's car at the bagel shop. You were kind and so very helpful. We are so grateful that you came the same day and gave us a new clicker for my garage door at a reasonable price. If my friends ask me to recommend someone, i will be so happy to recommend your company.

My garage door was extremely loud and "creaky" whenever it went up or down. After trying a couple of other garage door companies I decided to try Precision (since Mo and Sally gave them rave reviews). The tech from Precision, Josue Pagan, arrived right on time. Not only was he polite and well-mannered but he was able to fix my garage door! Now, when it goes up or down, I can barely hear it! I thank you and so do my neighbors :) When Josue was pulling out of my driveway, I thought- "Why did I wait so long??"

My mother accidentally closed the garage door as I was backing out and it was very dented and off the track. I saw the Precision sticker and immediately called to set an appointment. I was given a time for two hours later (which I was happy to have) but then received a call from Jose Espinoza that he had a cancellation and was heading over. Jose was wonderful and was able to repair the door plus did a little maintenance so it was even quieter than before. Precision saved the day.

The operator arm bracket dislodged on the garage door as it was going up and the door came crashing down on a Sunday morning around 10:00 AM. A friend had told me about Precision and their superior service, so I called to leave a message for Monday and was answered immediately by Jen. After describing my issue, she said she could have someone there between 12:00 - 2:00 PM that Sunday! Chris Peraza the technician called shortly after 12:00 PM to say he was on his way. Chris explained a couple of issues that caused the bracket to dislodge and I also inquired about new weather stripping that was badly worn. After providing me with a price for all of the work, the job was completed in about 2 hours. All of this on a Sunday and done by 2:30 PM!

Very fast arrival same day and was a little more than other quotes, but I had used them a year previously for a broken spring and decided to get new opener with external keypad. All was done well.

We called Precision because they installed out original garage door opener years ago and we liked them. When I called about repair, they sent a tech out within a few hours who diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. GREAT COMPANY!

Jose arrived on time and listen to all of my concerns. He explained everything that he was going to do. He diagnosed some serious issues on the center door. It had worn out parts and He replaced everything except the rails. The door never sounded better. One of the other doors just had a minor issue that was remedied easily. Jose was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He also gave me optional on parts replacement.

My technician Armando was great. He did an excellent job and fixed my problem quickly and gave my garage door an adjustment and lubrication. My only concern is that my weatherstripping on the bottom of the door was sagging and that was the reason for my repair call. He fixed the problem but I feel for that sagging to have happened and the door is slightly more than one year old makes me think either the material or the assembly was not what it needed to be. An issue like this I would not expect to happen this quickly. If it happens at all it should be many years from the original installation date. I chose your company because I expected high quality service (which I received) and a high quality product which I am not sure of based on my sagging issue I had so early on in my ownership of the door. If you wish to discuss this further my cell number is 561-405-5251 thank you for your attention to my concern. John Oldfield

Chris Bernard called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly after 8:30 AM. I explained the problem I was having and he proceeded to do a complete evaluation of the issues I had with the garage door opener and additional repairs. I gave him the go ahead and he did a complete overhaul of my unit. I was extremely satisfied with his work and the manner in which he communicated everything that needed to be done. He worked here for at least 3 1/2 hours and then reviewed all the details with me . He was very professional. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Judith Cohen

Very pleased with the whole process. Scheduled a visit late Friday afternoon for a window of 12-2pm for Sat. Received conformation emails and texts. Also, received a notice from the company that a technician was on the way and a personal call from the technician to confirm his ETA. Communication was excellent. My technician, Merrick, assessed the issue at hand and once given the green light to begin the work did so very quickly and completed the job a little sooner than expected. Highly recommend this company!

I recently renovated my driveway and my garage door would not stayed closed so I scheduled an appointment for right in. Not only were they available upon request their technician Armando was earlier than the window frame I was given which was amazing. He diagnosed both garage doors and ended up upgrading some of my degrading materials really knew his stuff even went above and beyond to help me mount and install my new keypad pin door opener which has been sitting in a box for months. Garage is working great and couldn’t be happier with the service!

Always, excellent, prompt, professional service. From the moment you call until the service tech arrives the customer is kept informed about when the service tech will arrive and what to expect. Service techs are polite and competent. I've used other garage door companies over the any years I've lived in South Florida but none have been as professional as Precision Door .
