My service tech Merrick went above and beyond for my garage repair. Merrick is the type of guy I could hang out with watching the game at a local sports grill. The sensors and remotes are now working, and the new wheels make the garage almost silent. My only disappointment was the MYQ app not linking to the MYQ garage door opener. I'm surprised they don't have hubs available for installation, but it's something cheap and simple that I can do myself.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service based on the Google reviews for your company. It showed the company has a 4.9 rating which I feel is amazing! The service technician, Merrick Gayle, showed up exactly on time as promised. I found him to be pleasant, courteous, and professional in both in inspection of the door and related repair. He gave me multiple estimates from replacing the entire door all the way to basic minimum required repairs needed. With help from Merrick, I decided that the door itself was fine but I decided to do more than the minimum repair. I had the springs replaced, new bearings, new wheels, along with proper lubrication and required door balancing that Merrick recommended. Merrick was fast and efficient in the repair process. I was impressed with both his skills and knowledge relating to garage door repairing. All needed parts were on his truck and he had it working as good as new in a short time. Amanda Uys was the technician that reviewed our aging garage door and then walked us through the options for the installation of a new hurricane-strengthened garage door by Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida. Late in day, the Spring that provides the lift energy to raise the garage door broke. I called Precision and got an appointment for early the next morning. Logan, the technician, showed on time, explained what was needed and worked efficiently to replace the old spring with a superior new spring in a relatively short time. The result is a quieter, more efficient garage door. This is what a service call is supposed to be. My only wish is that Precision was in other home businesses as I would surely use them for any work I needed.
