Our Technician was Joey. He arrived on time and was very professional. We had scheduled a garage door tune-up. He found the door to be in good shape but the motor needed to be replaced. He offered 3 options and explained each. We chose the 1st option and he had what he needed on his truck. Within two hours the job was completed. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

Joey called promptly in the time frame that we were told to expect him and gave an estimated arrival time. When he arrived he was friendly and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and then did a complete safety and mechanical inspection. Even though the door opener was less than two years old, he found that the previous installation was incorrect and the garage door and coil spring were not properly balanced causing the opener to fail prematurely. Joey had everything needed for an installation on his truck and did not need to order parts or schedule a time to come bank. He completed a new opener installation, lubricated the door rollers, spring and cables and explained how everything worked when he was done. Joey cleaned up after he was done and was very pleasant to talk to! Being new to the area, I did not know who to call to fix the garage door but I am pleased with our choice and would recommend this company and Joey again! Great service! Thank you Joey!

It became apparent that the springs needed an upgrade but Joe gave me options, which was very much appreciated. Joey came out and installed a new opener. My old one was from 1986. Although there were some adjustments that needed to be made. Joey would not leave until everything was working perfect. He went far and above. Good to see a technician that cared about his work. Hard to find good labor these days. Joey was exceptional!
