Our garage door broke and we reached out to Preciision through chat on their website and made an appointment for the next day. Jeremy was the assigned technician. He called to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived, he was very professional and polite. Jeremy fixed our garage door quickly and the price of repair was reasonable. Overall, we had great experience with Precision and would recommend to anyone.
