I found it on a google search. It came highly rated and I decided to give Precision a call. They responded immediately with a live person who booked an appointment for me within 24 hours. The technician Ken arrived on time and was very professional and explained in great detail his diagnosis and gave us ample choices to correct the issue with our garage door. Very satisfied with this kind of service.

Original repair in February was not correctly repaired. Spent $400 but unprofessional repair. Called back September to report concern about faulty repair in February. Today Ken Odoerno serviced/repaired garage door professionally. Finally some peace of mind. Concerns for garage door faulty functioning have diminished. For Ken-5 stars. But previous service in February 2stars. Thanks Ken

My technician, Ken, was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He fixed my garage door, and also showed me how to release it manually. Very pleased. I do think, however, that $89.95 for a service call is very high.

Precision installed my door two years ago, and serviced it recently on a Sunday. I thought I had a serious problem, and it turned out to be less serious than I thought. The technician, Ken, was wonderful and very helpful. They are a very professional company.

I was hesitant to call a garage door company, as big as precision, because you never know what your going to get. Sometimes they don’t have the best interest of the customer. Well, a gentleman named Kenneth came by today, and really took the time to explain everything to me regarding my options for my repair. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient. I never post comments like this. (Mostly because I don’t have time as I am always chasing my kids around) I am very happy with the service from beginning to end. I called precision about a broken door, and less than 24 hours later it’s working again. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks You so much.

William came out, called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Explained very clearly what was wrong with workings on our 20 year old garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable- he returned to program garage door opener with my car for me. We are very very pleased with this company, have used them before in an emergency - they came out on a Sunday to install new spring several years ago so we could get car out of garage.

My garage door motor/lift fell off the ceiling of the garage and wired door opener stopped working. My sister recommended Precision as she has used them and was very satisfied with their work. To my surprise Precision garage door was open on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment within hours to do the repair. The technician was prompt, professional and clearly explained what needed to be done as well as the fee. I am very happy with the repair.

Absolutely, garage door wouldn’t open on a Saturday night and the cars were inside. I called previously used door company and no response till next day, Ken had the job completed already. My call to Precision was answered immediately as noted 24/7. I was advised that I could get a Tech. Between 8 to 10 AM next morning, Mischelle, great person on the phone. The Tech., Ken and called and advised that he was on his way and actually arrived slightly early ???? He spelled out the problem and noted my options. At all times he very professional, courteous and was concerned with my situation Unfortunately, when incidents occur it costs money, but in this situation being able to go to the internet and come up with Precision is an awesome experience., Usually doesn’t always happen that way! !

We have been having trouble with the garage door. Called Precision and made the appointment for the next day scheduled between 11;30 and 1:30. The technician, Ken, called and advised us that he would be running late. Upon arrival, he was very well mannered. He fixed the garage door and adjusted it until we were happy. Highly recommended!

Springs, rollers, bearings & cables. 1988 door with 8yo opener purring like a kitten. Ken is courteous, efficient, and good professor. Response time was quick, good value for the price. Top of my list should need arise.

Ken arrived on time and advised me that your company does not handle the make of door we have. He did a safety inspection and suggested that a temporary solution to our rust problem could be achieved by painting. I would highly recommend your company & Ken.
