Jeff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. A great guy to have on Precision’s team to talk to customers who know absolutely nothing about garage doors. He helped us feel comfortable in the decisions we needed to make with regards to our garage door (what we thought was a simple and quick to fix problem is actually a much larger problem with a more expensive fix). He helped explain things thoroughly and didn’t make us feel stupid. He also gave us several options with his professional opinion as to which direction we should focus on — for us to get the end result we wanted and needed. He was reliable and an all around great guy. We’ll be asking for him when it comes time for our next “phase”.

This is my second service with this company. The first was the purchase of new springs for one of my doors and a keypad. This time was due to loud noise on one of my doors and a programo g mishap on a door. I must say this company‘s customer service is impeccable. They were able to assist me within a day or so! The two repair gentlemen that came were so nice, sweet, respectful, professional, and helpful!!! I can’t say enough positive things about them or this company on both occasions when I have needed their help!

Needed emergency repair on a Sunday - got it! Then ordered new door. Had to go thru' all approvals but door installed today. It is excellent. The installers (Merrick and Cody) were great - friendly, got the job done in good time, pleasant and thorough.

We contacted Precision after a recent accident with our current garage door. Our technician, Jeff, was prompt, professional, polite, and patient throughout the service call. Truly an example of what every homeowner hopes to have when faced with contacting a new service professional. Jeff was thorough in his inspection and advised of the options for both short term and long term repair options. He did not pressure us into replacing our doors, but after weighing the pros and cons, we decided to replace them with hurricane rated new doors. Jeff was able to temporarily repair our current non working door until new doors could be installed. He is an excellent example of the Precision Door team and I am glad we are working with such a reputable company. Thanks Jeff and Jim for all of your help! We will tell everyone about Precision!
