This is part 1 of 2 reviews that I will be giving. The first was for a spring repair. I researched door companies and bar far this is the best. Thank you to all previous reviewers. Mike was my repair tech. Mike arrived within the scheduled window. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. During the repair, I asked for a quote on a new door, he was well equipped to provide an estimate on the spot along with all the information about the product to be used. I agreed to replacing the door. I would/will recommend this company to anyone for their door repair needs. Currently my door is in manufacturing, however, Samantha from the office has started her weekly communications process up until the installation. Keeping apprised of each step is important to me. My next review will be on the door installation visit. Hopefully they will send another survey.

This company is the worst! They have no idea what they are doing! Nobody responds to anything with this company. They use a caller or dispatch service and no one can get in touch with anybody. Most of their tecks Have no idea what is going on. I have had many calls to talk to the owner and no one will respond. They say they will call you back and never do! Beware of this company and I suggest you do not use them.

I scheduled a repair appointment for Sat AM and I was called on time and Mike came out and was very professional and knowledgeable!
