I definitely made the correct decision in choosing Precision. They are a very professional organization. I called to replace my garage door opener. Their technician , Jeff arrived on time ,explained my options to me , gave me a timeframe expectation and got right to work. During the installation process, he pointed out some weaknesses in my garage door that needed addressing. All and all good experience and quality job done by a knowledgeable technician. Definitely a 5 star operation - Thanks Bob May

Your technicians appear to be qualified, and certainly were comfortable to communicate with. A return trip to replace a defective spring which you installed is another matter. Where is your quality control? A return trip not only inconveniences your customer (a PR cost), but it costs you three times!

I've been using this company for the past 4 years - various replacement issues, springs, etc. ALWAYS professional, and they have great techs! Prompt service and know their trade. Our recent tech Mike was phenomenal - handled our entire door and got it good as new. Can't recommend enough.

Have had Precision out twice. First, for a new opener which is working great and a second time to replace broken springs that were improperly done previously by a competitor. Both jobs and installers were very professional and know the business. It's easy to verify now with the Internet. Would easily recommend as a happy customer.

Your service was as it had been explained. The technician, Jeremy, was very professional and explained in detail what he had done, discussed maintenance points to prevent future problems and gave us three options to choose from with the pros and cons of each. He arrived on time and completed his work in a very satisfactory manner. I would be happy to recommend your services to others in need of door repairs. Thank you.

Just had our new wood grain appearance / hurricane garage doors installed by the great folks at Precision. They look fantastic! The neighbors are already driving by to look at these beautiful additions to our home. Merrick was professional and polite and the team worked hard to make sure i was happy with the installation and was comfortable with the operation of the new doors. I will recommend Precision to everyone!

I highly recommend Precision. Merrick and his two helpers were very friendly and professional. Within 5 minutes after arriving these guys were hard at work. They took down my old garage doors and installed the new one that I ordered thru Precision and also a garage door opener. It took exactly as long as they said it would. They did a great job, inside and out. They explained everything I needed to know about door and opener. I'm glad I went with Precision, Home Depots prices were pricier let alone they will send you a contractor who probably doesn't install garage doors often. These guys know their stuff. Thanks Merrick and Precision!
