Chose your company because when I called for estimate, call taker was knowledgeable and straight forward with price. Gave me a range and actual price was in the middle. I was given a 4 hour window and Hector (service man) called prior and said he would be towards end of window and that he would give me 20 minute lead time when he was on his way. Hector seemed knowledgeable and professional, explained what he would do, and showed me final price befire starting job. Job was completed quickly and profeddionally. I will reccomend you to all my friends and neighbors.

I took a star not due to Alex but the pricing, which was high to fix the issue; without any parts replacement. (also the price was higher than another major competitor with similar level of service, which I used in the past). Alex provided the repair to our garage door today. Springs needed to be replaced. He was excellent and ensured everything operated properly before leaving. The only reason a 4 star and not a 5 was not Alex, but because the pricing was a bit higher than expected. The range for springs quoted is broad - $109-$189 if I recall. Of course, my springs were at the higher end. I was able to describe the garage door and size, with that information, I anticipated a tightened up quote. The price was roughly $100 more than the competition. However, with that said, if these springs do have a cycle life upwards of 20,000 cycles compared to the competition which is closer to 10,000 cycles, then it is well worth it. Only time will tell! Also, another primary reason I chose Precision - they offered a Military discount which I greatly appreciate as a veteran! Many companies do not and that is valuable to me, not just the 10%, but being appreciated goes a long way. Thank you Precision and thank you Alex!
